    Question

Where is the indicator light on the Soundpeats TrueAir charging case and how does it show charging status?

    Answer

The indicator light for the Soundpeats TrueAir charging case is located on the case itself, typically near the charging port or the function button inside the case (refer to the Product Diagram in your manual for the exact visual placement).

According to the manual, the indicator behaves as follows:

    • Low Battery: The indicator turns red when the charging case battery is low.
    • Charging the Case: Connect a Type-C cable to the case to begin charging. While the manual does not explicitly state the "fully charged" color for the case itself, it notes that the indicator flashes white when the case is in pairing mode.
    • Earbud Placement: If you place the earbuds into the case and the indicator flashes, it confirms the earbuds have been successfully positioned and are beginning to charge.

Ensure you are using a charging current of less than 1A to avoid damaging the battery.

    Question

How do I pair my Soundpeats TrueAir earbuds together as a single pair after they have become separated into two different connections?

    Answer

It sounds like your earbuds have lost their TWS (True Wireless Stereo) interconnection and are operating in individual mono modes. To fix this and pair them as one unit again, please follow these specific reset and pairing steps:

    1. Clear Pairing History: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and "Forget" or remove all existing pairing records for "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir".
    2. Perform a Factory Reset: Place both earbuds back into the charging case and keep the cover open. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds. This should reset the internal connection between the two earbuds.
    3. Re-establish TWS Connection: With the earbuds still in the case and the cover open, the left and right earbuds should automatically enter TWS interconnection mode. You should hear a voice prompt indicating they have connected to each other.
    4. Enter Pairing Mode: Long press the charging case button for 3 seconds until the indicator flashes white and you hear a "pairing" voice prompt.
    5. Connect to Device: Search for "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir" in your Bluetooth list and click connect. If a pop-up appears asking to pair "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir L", make sure to accept/pair it as well; this allows the system to manage the pair correctly even though they will function as one.
  4. Hello the right earbud suddenly stop working, it’s charged but does not turn on. Left works ok.
    What can it be?

GUILLERMO SEGURA asks Hello the right earbud suddenly stop working, it's charged but does not turn on. Left works ok.
    What can it be?
    Manuals+ clarified question
    Question

Why is my right Soundpeats TrueAir earbud not turning on even though it is charged?

    Answer

If your right earbud is charged but refuses to turn on or connect, the most effective solution is to perform a factory reset. This often resolves synchronization issues between the two earbuds.

    To reset your Soundpeats TrueAir:

    1. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and remove/forget the pairing record for "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir".
    2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open.
    3. Locate the button on the charging case. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds.
    4. The indicator light should signal the reset is complete (usually by flashing).

Once reset, keep the earbuds in the case with the lid open and long-press the case button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode again. If the right earbud still does not respond, ensure the charging contacts on the bottom of the earbud and inside the case are clean and free of debris using a dry cotton swab, as a poor connection can prevent the earbud from waking up from its charging state.

  5. My two Ear buds work but only one works at a time and they have different Bluetooth connection

Thomas asks My two Ear buds work but only one works at a time and they have different Bluetooth connection
    Manuals+ clarified question
    Question

Why are my Soundpeats TrueAir earbuds connecting separately and only playing one at a time?

    Answer

It sounds like your earbuds have lost their internal synchronization and are stuck in mono mode. To fix this and pair them back together as a stereo pair, please follow these reset steps:

    1. Clear Pairing History: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and remove/forget the pairing records for both "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir" and "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir L".
    2. Reset the Earbuds: Place both earbuds back into the charging case and keep the cover open.
    3. Perform the Reset: Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds. The indicator light should flash to signal the reset is complete.
    4. Re-pair: With the earbuds still in the case and the cover open, long-press the case button for 3 seconds until the indicator flashes white to enter pairing mode.
    5. Connect: Search for "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir" on your device and connect. If a pop-up appears asking to pair "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir L", make sure to select Pair to ensure both earbuds function correctly together.
