Connection Method
Please make sure that the power of the laptop is sufficient.
The PD3.O port on the transmitter of this product cannot power the laptop, it only powers the transmitter via our USB-C to USB-A cable.
Pairing Instructions
The product has finished paired out of the factory. In case of pairing failure due to improper operation or other circumstances during use, it is necessary to restore and repair the device as follows:
Troubleshooting
Q: Why can’t get connected?
A: 1. Ensure that the connection is by following the instructions.
Do not press the button on the sending end during the connection.
2. If the issue is not fixed, remove the TX and insert it again.
Q: Can a computer without an HDMI interface be used?
A: Yes, please use an HDMI interface converter to connect to your computer.
Q: Is transmission affected by long distances and walls?
A: Yes, signal reception can be disrupted by distance and obstacles. The product’s maximum transmission distance is 98 feet/30 meters, with a latency of less than 0.1 seconds.
Q: Incompatibility with my smartphone?
A: This product only supports usage with computers, laptops, PCs, TV boxes, cameras, and other devices with HDMI interfaces, it does not support smartphones or iPads.
Q: Only transmit images, no sound.
A: Please enter laptop audio settings and select “HDMI” as sound source output.
Q: Why can’t I transfer the video after the connection is successful.
A: If the HDMI output device defaults to outputting 4K, the transmitter cannot normally transmit the picture. Please modify the HDMI output device resolution to 1920X1080P.
