This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Mitel 5330e IP Phone. Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure proper use and to maximize the functionality of your device.

The Mitel 5330e IP Phone is an enterprise-class telephone designed for advanced communication needs. It features dual integrated Gigabit Ethernet ports, enabling high-speed network connectivity. This device offers real-time access to various applications and services, including web browsing, contact lists, and call history logs, alongside extensive customizable user settings.

- Large back-lit graphics display (160x320 pixels) with auto-dimming functionality.
- Twenty-four programmable, multi-functional, self-labeling keys, organized into three pages with eight keys each, for speed dialing, line appearances, and feature access.
- Twelve fixed function keys: Hold, Settings, Message, Speaker, Mute, Transfer/Conference, Redial, Cancel, Volume/Ringing/Contrast Up and Down, Previous Page, and Next Page.
- Three context-sensitive soft keys for intuitive feature access.
Setha
- Ukukhulula: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present: the phone base, handset, coiled handset cord, and Ethernet cable.
- Handset Connection: Connect the coiled handset cord to the handset and to the designated port on the phone base.
- Uxhumano Lwenethiwekhi: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the phone and the other end to an active network jack or a network switch/router. The 5330e features dual integrated Gigabit Ethernet ports.
- Ukuxhuma kwamandla: The phone typically receives power over Ethernet (PoE). If PoE is not available, connect an appropriate power adapter (sold separately) to the power port on the phone and then to a power outlet.
- Isinyathelo sokuqala: The phone will power on automatically once connected to the network/power. It will then initiate its boot-up sequence and connect to your VoIP system.

- Isipikha: Toggles speakerphone mode on/off.

- Transfer/Conference: Initiates call transfer or conference call features.
- Ukudayela kabusha: Ushaya inombolo yokugcina eshayelwe ucingo.
- Khansela: Cancels an action or exits a menu.
- Volume/Ringing/Contrast Up and Down: Adjusts volume, ringer volume, or display contrast.
- Previous Page/Next Page: Navigates through programmable key pages.
Okhiye Abahlelekayo:
The 24 programmable keys can be configured for speed dialing, line appearances, or feature access. Use the Ikhasi Elidlule futhi Ikhasi Elilandelayo buttons to cycle through the three available pages of keys.
