How to Install the Label Tape

Power Source 1: Dry Cell Batteries (6 AAA Batteries)

1. Press the “” button to open the label tape compartment cover of the label maker.
   
2. Please install the batteries according to the polarity marks in the battery compartment.
   
3. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the label maker.
   
4. Make sure that the label and ribbon are taut across the mouth of the cassette and that the label passes between the label guides.
   

   If necessary, turn the wheel in the direction of the arrow twice to tighten the ca rbon tape.

5. Install t he label tape as instructed and press firmly, and make sure the extended tape passes through the outlet of label maker.
   
6. Press the “” button on the label tape compartment cover to close the cover.
   

   A: This product can be powered with a USB cable or dry cell batteries. However, it cannot be charged. B: To prevent damages from battery leakage, please remove the Batteries after use. C: When replacing batteries, please replace all batteries at once.

Downloading the App

This product must be used with the App. You need to connect the label maker through the Print Master app. In compliance with Google’s requirement, Android phones must enable GPS (Location Services) before using Bluetooth.

Method 1:
Use your phone to scan the QR code to install the App.

Method 2:
Search for “Print Master” in the app store on your phone to download the App.

Connecting the label maker

1. Turn on GPS (Location Services) (Android devices only).
   
2. Open Print Master.
   
3. Tap the “Connect now” button to search for your device.
   
4. Press “Start using”.
   

   In compliance with Google’ s requirement, Android phones must enable GPS (Location Services) before using Bluetooth. Before connecting to your device in Print Master, please make sure your printer is turned on and your phone’s Bluetooth is on.

How to Print

1. Press “New” to start editing.
   
2. After the printing is complete, press the cutter button and take out the label.
   
3. Remove the backing from the label to expose the adhesive, and then attach the label.
   

Print Head Maintenance

1. Turn off the label maker.
   
2. Use a cotton bud with a little ethyl alcohol.
   
3. Gently wipe the print head.
   
4. After the alcohol has dried off, turn on the label maker and press the power button twice to print the diagnostic page.
   

   Please do not scratch the print head with any hard object. If the print head is damaged, the label maker will not print properly.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Unable to start the label maker	Check if the batteries are installed properly with the correct polarity. Replace the batteries. Make sure the USB cable is connected to a power source and the power source is on.
Cannot print or the texts are not displayed correctly	Check if the label tape is installed correctly. Check if the paper compartment cover is closed. Check if the label tape is exhausted.
There is a white horizontal line in printed labels	The Printhead may be dusty. Take out the label tape, gently wipe the print head vertically with a dry cotton swab. Warning: Please do not touch the print head with your hand to avoid getting burned.
Unable to print using my phone	Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and make sure to connect the printer through the App
