Charging
This product adopts a built-in battery. Use provided USB Type-C cable to connect the USB charger (not included in the package) to charge ZHIYUN FIVERAY M20C. It is recommended to use USB chargers that meet the PD protocol.

How to Use ZHIYUN FIVERAY M20C
Mode/Option Dial:
Single press+long press: Power on
Long press: Power off
Single press: Switch modes
Double press: Switch to the previous mode
Three clicks: Reset Bluetooth
Turn: Switch options (in submenu)
Parameter Adjustment Dial:
Single press: Quickly adjust the current parameter Confirm (submenu)
Turn: Adjust the current parameter
Operation Instruction
1. CCT Mode Settings
(1) Single/double press mode/option dial to switch to CCT mode.
(2) Turn the mode/option dial for color temperature/brightness/Green-Magenta adjustment.
(3) Single press/turn parameter adjustment dial to adjust brightness/color temperature/ Green-Magenta value.
2. HSI Mode Settings
(1) Single/double press mode/option dial to switch to HSI mode.
(2) Turn the mode/option dial to switch to hue/ saturation/intensity options.
(3) Single press/turn the parameter adjustment dial to set hue/saturation/intensity value.
3.RGB Mode Settings
(1) Single/double press mode/option dial to switch to RGB mode.
(2) Turn the mode/option dial to switch to RGB options.
(3) Single press/turn the parameter adjustment dial to set RGB values.
4. Light Effect Mode (FX) Settings
(1) Single/double press mode/option dial to switch to light effect mode.
(2) Turn/single press the parameter adjustment dial to set the effect type and turn mode/option dial to switch to brightness/speed/color temperature.
(3) Single press/turn the parameter adjustment dial to set brightness/speed/color temperature.
The adjustable parameters may vary for different types of light effects, but the operating method remains the same. Above is the SOS light effect as an example.
5. Music Mode Settings
(1) Single/double press mode/option dial to switch to music mode.
(2) Turn mode/option dial to switch to brightness/ number of colors/colors options.
(3) Single press/turn the parameter adjustment dial to set the brightness value/number of colors/colors under music mode.
6. Menu Settings
(1) Single/double press mode/option dial to switch to menu settings.
(2) Turn the mode/option dial to switch to language/ Bluetooth reset settings.
(3) Turn the parameter adjustment dial to set the language/Bluetooth reset.

Read the ENTIRE User Guide to become familiar with the features of this product before operating. Failure to operate the product correctly can result in damage to the product or personal property and cause serious injury. This is a sophisticated product. It must be operated with caution and common sense and requires some basic mechanical ability. Failure to operate this product in a safe and responsible manner could result in injury or damage to the product or other property. This product is not intended for use by children without direct adult supervision. DO NOT use with incompatible components or in any way otherwise as mentioned or instructed in the product documents provided by ZHIYUN. The safety guidelines herein contain instructions for safety, operation and maintenance. It is essential to read and follow all of the instructions and warnings in the User Guide, prior to assembly, setup or use, in order to operate the product correctly and avoid damage or serious injury.
WARNING
This product is not waterproof. Prevent contact with any kind of liquid or cleaner with the product. Never use the product in the rain or a humid environment.
If water enters the product during use, please stop using it immediately and contact our company or authorized maintenance personnel for the repair, and continue using it only after the repair is completed.
Do not expose this product to corrosive chemicals, inflammable and explosive materials.
Do not touch heat-generating components when using the product to avoid getting burnt.
Do not wrap or block the fan with foreign objects to avoid affecting the cooling performance of the product.
Do not look directly at the glowing LED chips to avoid eyesight damage.
Do not place or use the product in environments with temperatures over 40°C.
Battery Safety Guidelines:
(1) Never use non-ZHIYUN batteries. If replacement or backup is needed, please purchase new batteries from ZHIYUN s official website or authorized channels. ZHIYUN takes no responsibility for any damage caused by non-ZHIYUN batteries.
(2) Never use or charge swollen, leaky, or damaged batteries. If your batteries are abnormal, contact ZHIYUN or a ZHIYUN authorized dealer for further assistance.
(3) Do not leave the battery unused for too long after it has been completely discharged to prevent over-discharge of battery which may result in battery damage and permanent failure.
BE CAREFUL
- This product is a high-precision control device. Damage may be caused to the product if dropped or subject to external force, and this may result in malfunction.
- When storing or using products with rabbit cages, please stay away from items that are easy to be magnetized: such as floppy disks, bank cards, ID cards, forbidden cards, etc.
- Please keep your hands dry while using the product and use soft dry cloth for cleaning.
- Disconnect the external power supply when it is not in use or does not need to be charged.
- Please do not place any other objects on top of this product to avoid damage to this product.
- Keep this product out of the reach of children.
- Protect the product from dust and sand during use.
- Before storing this product, please make sure it has been completely cooled, and please store it in a dry and ventilated place.
- Do not disassemble this product on your own. In the event of malfunctions, it should be repaired by ZHIYUN or authorized maintenance personnel.
Warranty Period
- Customers are entitled to replacement or free repair service in case of quality deficits found in the product within 15 days upon receipt of the product.
- Customers are entitled to free repair service from ZHIYUN for any product proven defective in material or workmanship that results in product failure during normal consumer usage and conditions within the valid warranty period, which is 12 months counting from the date of selling. However, warranty period varies by product component and country of purchase. Please contact our after-sales service team on ZHIYUN official website or your place of purchase for detailed warranty information.
Warranty Exclusions
- Products subjected to unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, neglect, mishandling, soaking, accident, and unauthorized alteration.
- Products subjected to improper use or whose labels or security tags have been torn off or altered.
- Products whose warranty has expired.
- Products damaged due to force majeure, such as fire, flood, lightning, etc.
