Usage Instructions

Installation

Installation of the Reader will have been performed prior to use. The reader is not to be installed by the end user. Reader must be installed only by a properly trained technician of a Y Soft partner or by Y Soft personnel. Failing to comply with this requirement may void any warranty provided.

Safety Instructions

  • Keep unprotected cords away from foot traffic to prevent tripping.
  • Do not leave cords dangling where they can be pulled down and tripped over.
  • Do not expose the reader to water.
  • Do not expose the reader to flammables.
  • Clean only with a dry cloth.
  • Only for indoor use.

Troubleshooting

For questions regarding software configuration or mounting, please contact Y Soft at info@ysoft.com. If the device is not functioning as expected after proper installation, ensure that the card being used is compatible with the reader. If issues persist, contact Y Soft support.
