Safety Cautions

Environment

1. Do not use this product in wet or dusty environment, to avoid the occurrence of electric shock or motor failure;
2. Do not use this product at room temperature above 40 degrees Celsius;
3. Do not place the product in a place outside or in direct sunlight;
4. Please lay the product on the flat ground.

Note: if the product is moved from the low temperature to a higher temperature, wait for an hour before use.

NOTE: In automatic mode, speed and time cannot be adjusted.

1. Press the key to start the machine.
2. Press the button to select the mode you want P1-P5
3. Press to start working, press again to stop working.
4. Receive remote control signal
5. Increase speed/increase time

7. P1-Warm Up, P2-Stretch Out, P3-Vigour, P4-Yoga, P5-Run
8. View your time (in minutes)/ speed level (1-120)/mileage (KM)

Remote Control Description

The default mode is manual mode, you can press “P” key to enter the automatic mode, repeat press keys can choose “P1”, “P2”, “P3″,”P4” and “P5” program.

In automatic mode, speed and time cannot be adjusted.

Time+:
The default working time is 10 minutes, press this key to increase the time.
Time-:
The default working time is 10 minutes, press this key to decrease the time.
Power switch:
Plug in power supply, open the power switch, and press the key to start the machine.
Start/End:
Press to start working, press again to stop working.
Speed +:
Manual mode, when machine in working, we can press the key toncrease the speed.
Speed -:
Manual mode, when machine in working, we can press the key tored uce the speed.

Last Music:
Play the previous music

Volume+:

Setup Guide

Easy Installation

• Remote control installation battery
  Remove the back of the remote control and insert the battery.

Note: Make sure to insert the battery according to the polarity mark in the battery compartment.

• Connecting resistance band
  
  Locate two short metal rods protruding from the bottom of the machine.
  Connect the hook of the resistance band to the metal rod. Repeat connecting the second resistance band to the machine.
• Power on the machine
  
  Insert the power cord firmly into the power jack under the display. Turn the power switch to the ON position.

Operation Steps

1. Plug the power plug into the power supply and turn on the power switch.
2. Press the “Start / Stop” button, the machine starts, when in the working state, press “Start/Stop” button and the machine stops working.
3. In the stop situation, press “Time+” and “Time-” to adjust the exercise time.
4. In the non-automatic mode, press “Speed+” and “Speed-” to adjust the speed of the movement.
5. Press the “Program” button to cycle through them.
6. After using, press the machine switch, turn off the power switch, unplug the power.

Bluetooth pairing instructions

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone or PC, then search for nearby Bluetooth devices. If you see a device named” Bluetooth ‘in the se arch results, you can pair with it.
2. Once paired, your device can play music through the Sports Vibration Plate. You can control playback, adjust volume and manage songs using the product’s remote control or your mobile phone.

1. For the waist and hip,stand on the machine, spare apart the legs, let the same as the shoulder wide.
2. For the thigh, stand on the machine, let the keen bending.
3. For the thigh and calf, sit in the chair, put the foot on the machine, let them vibration.
4. Just for calf, sit on the floor, let the calf on the machine, also can be lean back.
5. For the shoulder joint, put the hands on the machine, let them distant, go down your knee.
   These all be normal posture, you can find others posture. Each posture will be benefit different body.

Cleaning And Maintenance Of The Machine

Please confirm you have cut off the power before clean. The power plug has beed pulled out the socket. Then you can use the cloth with detergent to clean machine surface. Last, Use dry cloth deal with these detergent.
Caution
Do not use benzene, thinner and alcohol.
gasoline and other corrosive and volatile cleaners to clean the products. Otherwise maybe cause the product discoloration or internal structure corrosion, cracking, etc.
For the remote control, you only use the dry cloth clean, not the wet. Please confirm you have cut off the power and the plug is pulled. Wipe off the dust anddirt, please move to the place away from the heating, another also prevent the wet. If you will not use for a long time. please use the dusty cover.
