The massage gun offers 8 settings for temperature control. It can heat muscles up to 113°F (45°C) for soothing relaxation or cool them down to 46°F (8°C) to reduce inflammation and accelerate recovery.

3.3. Deep-Tissue Percussion Massage
Equipped with a robust brushless motor, this handheld massager delivers intense 3200 RPM percussions with an 8mm amplitude. This action helps to alleviate tension and promote muscle recovery after physical activities.

4. Bibẹrẹ (Eto)
4.1. Ngba agbara ẹrọ
Charge the device on a flat, stable surface. Do not leave unattended while charging. Ensure you have a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) for the provided USB-C charging cable.
4.2. Attaching/Changing Massage Heads
The Heat & Cool Head is non-removable. For other massage heads, gently push and twist them onto the device's head. Ensure they are securely attached before use. When using the heating feature, do not attach silicone heads as they will block the heat transfer.
4.3. Agbara Tan / Paa
To power on the device, press and hold the power button located at the bottom of the handle for 2 seconds. The indicator light will turn green. To power off, press and hold the power button again for 2 seconds.
4.4. Siṣàtúnṣe iwọn
Once powered on, short press the power button to cycle through the 5 available speed levels. The indicator lights will show the current speed setting.
4.5. Activating Heat/Cold Therapy
Double-press the power button to activate the heating feature (red light) or the cooling feature (blue light). Double-press again to switch between modes or to turn off the temperature function. Remember, silicone heads should not be used with the heating feature.
5. Using the Massage Gun (Operating)

Apply the massager gently to the target area, using circular or up-and-down motions. Avoid using on broken skin, areas with inflammation, the face, head, or genitals. Do not use while sleeping or unconscious.
5.2. Specific Head Usage
- Heat & Cool Head: Use directly on skin for temperature therapy.
- Ori Alapin: Best for sensitive areas like the spine, neck, and Achilles tendons.
- Ori ọta ibọn: Ideal for joints, deep tissues, trigger points, and small areas like feet.
- Orí Bọ́ọ̀lù: Suitable for shoulder blades, IT bands, or full-body massage.
- U-Shaped Head: Designed for larger muscle groups such as glutes, quads, and areas with extreme joint soreness.
