I. Product overview

This remote control is specially designed for laser level, aiming to provide you with convenient and efficient remote operation experience. Through the remote control, you can easily control the key functions of laser level within a certain distance, greatly improving work efficiency and operation convenience.

 

2. Product appearance and button function

1. Level/Vertical Switch Key: This key allows you to switch between the horizontal and vertical calibration modes of the laser level. The laser level typically offers both horizontal and vertical calibration options. By pressing this key, you can freely switch between the horizontal and vertical laser lines, adapting to different work scenarios, such as vertical calibration for wall decoration or horizontal calibration for ground construction.
2. Fine adjustment keys: divided into “H” and “V” keys. During the operation of the laser level, if you need to make a fine adjustment to the brightness of the laser line, you can use these two fine adjustment keys. “H” key is used to increase the brightness, and “V” key is used to reduce the brightness to ensure the accuracy of laser calibration.
3. Diagonal key: Once the laser level is adjusted to its ideal working state, pressing the middle button locks the current settings (such as the angle of the laser line and the operating mode), preventing accidental changes and ensuring stable operation. Pressing the middle button again releases the lock, restoring the adjustable settings.

 

3. Usage method

1. Connect the device: Ensure that the laser level is turned on and in normal working condition. At this time, the remote control and the laser level automatically establish a connection. Press any key on the remote control.
2. Function operation: According to the actual work requirements, press the corresponding function keys. For example, if you want to carry out the horizontal calibration work, open the laser level and press the horizontal/vertical switch key to the horizontal mode. If you need to fine-tune the light brightness of the horizontal laser line, you can use the fine-tuning key for precise adjustment.
3. Diagonal setting: When the parameters of the laser level are adjusted to a satisfactory state, press the middle button to keep the setting stable until the middle button is pressed again to release the lock.
4. End of work: If the remote control is not used for a long time, it is recommended to remove the battery to extend the battery life and prevent the battery leakage damage to the remote control.

 

4. Precautions

1. Usage environment: Please use the remote control in a dry, strong electromagnetic interference free and suitable temperature (usually-10℃ to 40℃) environment. Avoid operating in a humid, high temperature, low temperature or strong magnetic field environment to avoid affecting the performance and service life of the remote control.
2. Avoid collision: The remote control contains precision electronic components. During use, avoid strong collision, fall or squeeze to avoid damage to internal components and affect normal use. 3. 4. Do not use cleaning agents containing corrosive chemicals such as alcohol, gasoline, etc., so as not to damage the remote control shell.

 

5. Common problems and solutions

1. The remote control cannot be connected to the laser level
   o Check the laser level: confirm that the laser level is turned on and working properly, check whether the power indicator light is on. If not, check the power connection of the laser level or replace the battery (if powered by battery).
   o Check the remote control battery: Remove the remote control battery and check whether the battery is installed correctly and has sufficient power. If the battery is not sufficient, replace the new battery and try to connect again.
2. The key is unresponsive
   o Clean button: It may be caused by dirt or dust on the surface of the button, resulting in poor contact. Use a clean cotton swab dipped in a small amount of alcohol to gently wipe the surface of the button and surrounding gaps, and try again after the alcohol evaporates.
   o Check the battery: if the battery power is too low, some functions of the remote control may not work properly. Check whether the button responds normally after replacing the new battery.
   o Contact after-sales: If there is no response after the above operation button, it may be that the internal circuit of the remote control is faulty. 3. The distance to the remote control is shortened
   o Check the environment: confirm whether there is strong electromagnetic interference or signal blocking in the use environment. Try to avoid using the remote control near large metal equipment, microwave oven and other sources of strong electromagnetic interference, remove the obstacles between the remote control and the laser level to restore the normal remote control distance.
   o Replace the battery: The battery is not enough to weaken the remote signal strength, so that the distance of the remote control is shortened. After replacing the new battery, test whether the distance of the remote control is normal again.
