Product Usage Instructions
- Twist to open the battery compartment.
- Insert the battery (CR2032) with correct polarity as shown in the figure.
- Set the power switch lever to the ON position.
- Press the push switch to illuminate the LED.
Pairing Instructions
- Turn off all Bluetooth devices in the surroundings.
- Power on both the Yapalong-6000 radio and the Bluetooth PTT Button.
- If the Settings light is solid on the radio, it indicates successful pairing.
- If the Settings light is flashing slowly, the radio has a paired PTT Button but cannot detect it.
- To pair a new PTT Button, press both the Settings and Subgroup (or MIC) buttons until the Settings light flashes quickly.
- Ensure the PTT Button to be paired is ON and not paired with another radio. Pairing will be indicated by a solid Settings light.
Note
The voice transmission begins 2 seconds after pressing the PTT button.

INSTALLATION
Bluetooth PTT Button ONLY Works with Yapalong-6000 PTT Unit, Not Open-MIC Unit
- Twist the cap counterclockwise 3º (in the arrow direction of the figure) to open it.
- Insert the battery into the battery compartment according to the polarity shown in the figure.
- Set the power switch lever at the ON position.
The LED will illuminate when the push switch is pressed.
Pairing
Before starting, please turn off all the Bluetooth devices in the surroundings. Power on both the Yapalong-6000 radio and the Bluetooth PTT Button. On the RADIO you will see:
Settings Light is solid on
It indicates that the radio has detected its paired PTT
Button. Or:
Settings Light is flashing slowly
It indicates that the radio has a paired PTT Button but cannot detect it.
To pair a new PTT Button, press both the Settings and Subgroup (or MIC
)buttons, then:
Settings Light is flashing quickly
It indicates that the radio is ready to pair a PTT Button.
Make sure the PTT Button to be paired is ON and not paired with another radio. In 5 seconds or more, the Settings light will turn solid, which indicates both are paired.
Note
The voice transmission begins in 2 seconds after the PTT button is pressed.
