Download and Open WOOX Home App
Search for “WOOX Home” in the App Store or Google Play, or scan the WOOX Home app QR Code to download and install. For the first download and use, please click the “register” button to register an account. If you already have an account, click “Login” button.

Setup
Set Up the Device with WOOX Home
Prepare for Setup
Phone Settings: Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and WiFi are on. Enable Bluetooth and location permission for the WOOX Home app.
Set Device to Pairing Mode: Long press the Reset button for 5-8 seconds to enter pairing mode. The Indicator light will flash quickly.
Step 1
Launch the app, tap “+” and select “Add Device”. The “Discovering devices” pop-up window will be displayed at the top of the interface. Then tap “Add” to connect.

( You can also tap corresponding product category and model in product list. Follow the instructions provided to complete connection. )
- Confirm the WiFi network and password.
- Note: Only 2.4GHz WIFI Is supported. Tap the toggle button - to select the appropriate network. –

Step 3
Wait for a moment to complete the device connection.

Remove and Reset the device
If you want to remove your device and wipe date, follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap the icon of the device you want to reset. Then Click the Edit button in the upper right corner of the interface.

Step 2: Slide down the phone and click “Remove Device”, tap “Disconnect and wipe data” to complete the device reset.
