Instructions for use
- Long press and hold the “ON/OFF” button to turn on the device;
The lights will turn on and the music will start playing. - Press and hold the “ON/OFF” button for 2-3 seconds to turn off the device.
- When the device is turned on, press the “SPEED” button to adjust the speed level from 1 to 9.
When the device is turned on, press the “ON/OFF” button to select Bluetooth mode. - For Bluetooth devices, please search for “QJB-6”
The device name at the beginning; Open the settings on your phone via Bluetooth, and you can play music from your phone. - When the device is turned on, press and hold the “VOLUME” button to adjust the volume
Installation instructions
Installation method 1:
- First, peel off the double-sided tape on the upper half of the EVA.
- Align the EVA sticker on the back of the product.
- Tear off the double-sided tape on the lower part of the EVA sticker.
- Put it in place and stick it firmly to the wall.
Installation method 2:
- Align the adhesive Velcro on the back of the product.
- Remove the double-sided tape from the upper half.
- Align the position with the wall and stick it firmly.

matters needing attention
- Please fix this product on a sturdy and reliable wall. When striking, please strike within the striking area. It is strictly prohibited to hit the corners to avoid hand injury or equipment damage.
- This product is suitable for adult use. Children should be guided to use it under adult supervision.
- Beginners should not use excessive force to avoid hand injuries. During exercise, first pay attention to safety and strictly prohibit leg or knee strikes.
- It is strictly prohibited to hit the horn area.
- If the device cannot be turned on or has any abnormalities, please check if the battery level is too low. It should be charged in a timely manner, and the charging time should not exceed 8 hours. If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it once every 1-2 months.
- This product is not waterproof. When wiping boxing targets, use a dry cloth and do not get wet.
- Please keep the instruction manual properly for emergency use.
