Installation and Maintenance
1. Disconnect power before proceeding with any work on the
equipment.
2. Installation and maintenance should be carried out by
technical personnel only.
3. Adhere to national, regional, and local standards and follow
the operating instructions provided.
Electrical Connections
– Follow the provided diagram for connections for non-reversing
starter.
– For single-phase conversion, add dotted line connections as
instructed.
Overload Relay Instructions
– Set the overload relay to full load current by adjusting the
dial to align with the desired current.
– In case of burnout of heater elements, replace the entire
overload relay for continuous protection.
Mechanical Assembly
– Follow the specified mounting positions for different
models.
– Position 1 corresponds to start or auto, while position 2
corresponds to stop or hand of each operator.

Q: What should I do if one or more heater elements burn
out?
A: Replace the entire overload relay to ensure continuous
