WARNING
All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable tags, cable ties, cords and packaging screws are not part of this toy, and should be discarded for your child’s safety.
NOTE
Please save this Instruction Manual as it contains important information.
WARNING
Adult assembly required.
Unlock the Packaging Locks

1. Rotate the packaging locks 90 degrees counterclockwise.
2. Pull out the packaging locks and discard.

GETTING STARTED

Battery Removal and Installation

1. Make sure the unit is turned Off.
2. Locate the battery cover on the back of the electronic panel, use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and then open the battery cover.
3. Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
4. Install 3 new AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (For best performance, alkaline batteries or fully charged Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended.)
5. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.

WARNING:
Adult assembly required for battery installation.
Keep batteries out of reach of children.

IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION

• Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
• Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
• Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
• Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
• Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.

RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES:

• Remove rechargeable batteries (if removable) from toy before charging.
• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.

LABEL APPLICATION
Please securely stick the labels to the panels as indicated below:

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

With the 4-in-1 Steps & Stages Activity CenterTM  safety comes first. Adult assembly is required. For your child’s safety, do not let them play with this toy until it is fully assembled.

1. Insert the Bead Track into the top of the Electronic Panel. Press down until you hear the Bead Track click into place.
2. Attach the Steering Wheel to the front of the Driving Panel, ensuring the bird is positioned at the top. Press firmly until you hear it snap into place.
3. Attach the Door to the front of the Shape Sorting Panel. Align the top and bottom of the hinge with the corresponding slots on the door frame, gently insert until the door is securely in place.

Configuration Assembly
Start by unlocking and separating all of the Activity Panels and base support pieces. Then select one of the following four ways to play:
Stand-Alone Activity Panel
You can use any of the Activity Panels alone for floor play or takealong play. Please remove the Base Supports before using the Activity Panels.Activity Cube Mode

1. Unlock the locks on the bottoms of the Base Supports and place them on a hard, flat surface. Connect any two Activity Panels together then insert them into the A slots on either side of the cube icon on the Base Supports. Press firmly until you hear the pieces click together. Repeat the same process with the two remaining Activity Panels.
2. Connect the two sets of panels together, then insert them into the A slots on either side of the cube icon on the Base Supports. Turn the Cube over and twist the four locks to the locked  position.
3. The extra Base Support piece can be stored behind the round transparent dome on the Gears & Rollers Panel.

Zigzag Mode

1. Unlock the locks on the bottoms of the Base Supports and place  them on a hard, flat surface. Connect any two Activity Panelstogether then insert them into the A slots on either side of the Zigzag icon on the Base Supports. Press firmly until you hear the pieces click together. Repeat the process with the remaining Activity Panels and Base Supports.
2. Insert the two remaining Base Supports into the B slots on either end of the activity center for stability. Turn the Zigzag over and twist the five locks to thelocked position.

Semicircle Mode

1. Unlock the locks on the bottoms of the Base Supports and place them on a hard, flat surface. Connect any two Activity Panels together then insert them into the B slots on either side of the Semicircle icon on the Base Supports. Press firmly until you hear the pieces click together. Repeat the process with the remaining Activity Panels and Base Supports.
2. Insert the two remaining Base Supports into the B slots on either end of the activity center for stability. Turn the Semicircle over and twist the five locks to the locked position.

WARNING
This product is not intended for climbing or to assist with standing, misuse may cause the unit to tip over. Adult supervision is recommended.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. On/Off/Volume Switch
To turn the unit On, slide the On/Off/ Volume Switch to the Low volume or High volume position. You will hear a playful opening response in each mode. To turn the unit Off, slide the On/Off/Volume Switch to the Off position.2. Mode Switch
Slide the Mode Switch to select Explore mode , Learning mode or Music mode .3. Automatic Shut-Off
To preserve battery life, the 4-in-1 Steps & Stages Activity CenterTM will automatically power down after approximately 20 seconds without input. The unit can be turned On again by interacting with any of the features on the Electronic Panel.

NOTE
If the unit powers down or if the light fades out during play, please install a new set of batteries.

ACTIVITIES

1. Zebra Button
   Press the Zebra Button to hear fun phrases, sounds, short tunes or  answer simple questions, dependingon the selected mode. The lights will flash with the sound.
2. Light-Up Buttons
   Press the Light-Up Buttons to hear piano sounds and melodies, hear cute sounds and tunes or learn numbers and colors, depending on the selected mode. The lights will flash with the sound.
3. Book Page
   Turn the Book Page to hear a song, animal sounds, short tunes and car sounds, depending on the selected mode. The lights will flash with the sound.
4. Number Pad
   Press the Number Pad to hear phone sounds and numbers. The lights will flash with the sound.
5. Removable Phone
   Pick up the Phone or hang it up to hear phone sounds, short tunes or phone greetings, depending on the selected mode. The lights will flash with the sound.
6. Arrow Button
   Press the Arrow Button to hear short tunes and sounds. The lights will flash with the sound.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

1. Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
2. Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
3. Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended period of time.
4. Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:

1. Turn the unit Off.
2. Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
3. Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
4. Turn the unit On. The unit should now be ready to use again.
5. If the unit still does not work, install a new set of batteries.
