REGARDING: Wiring Diagram for Legacy Series Brine Maker
Digital Salinity Meter
The Legacy Series Brine Maker includes a digital salinity reader. This salinity reader is received from the factor with an un-wired cord to an electrical box with switch. This allows the end user to provide power customized to their needs. See below instructions for wiring of this digital salinity reader. Unit should be wired to 110V, 15 Amp circuit.
Included:
- Part A: 18 AWG, 2 cord wire (black and white)
- Part B: Weatherproof, Non-Metallic, 1-Gang box, ¾” Outlets
- Part C: 1 Gang Cover for Toggle Switch
Not Included:
- Part D: Stationary Toggle Switch (Recommended: 15 A, 120V, Stationary Toggle)
- Part E: 14 AWG, 15A, 125V AC, 3 Wire Cord (Black, White, Green)
- Part F: Twist on Wire Nut
Electric Motor for Pump
The Legacy Series Brine Maker includes an electric motor and pump. This motor is not prewired to allow the end user to provide power customized to their needs. See below for wiring recommendations. Please note the special instructions and load. Unit must be wired to 220V, Single Phase, 30 Amp circuit. Motor MUST be wired for OPPOSITE rotation (the color guide below will ensure this is correct for opposite rotation).
Included:
- Part G: Centrifugal pump, cast iron, 5 HP, 3450 RPM, ODP, 220V
Not Included:
- Part H: Twist on Wire Nuts
- Part J: 10 (or 8) AWG, 3 Wire (Black, White, Green)
- Part K: 220V Outlet
