Initial setup

Select your preferred language and region.

Connect to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5 GHz network is not supported).
Log in using a registered account. If you don’t have an account, follow the on-screen instructions.

Power Off

Before accessing the system, press and hold the ON/Off button until options for

‘Power Off’ and ‘Restart’ are displayed on the screen. Choose ‘Power Off’, and the device will shut down accordingly.
When in system mode, press and hold the ON/Off button for a few moments. You’ll then see options for ‘Power Off’ and ‘Restart’ displayed on the screen. Select ‘Power Off’, and the device will shut down accordingly.

LED Status

When the device is ON or charging, the PWR LED status light will be ON.
When the device is operational, the CON LED status light will be ON.

Device Reset

Press and hold the ON/Off button for 12 seconds to initiate an automatic restart of the device.

Press the ON/Off button for approximately 1-2 seconds to prompt the screen to display shutdown and restart options. Select the desired option to either shut down or restart the device accordingly.

Maintenance

Avoid shaking, or throwing the device forcefully.

Avoid using water or any liquid to clean the DKPROG.
Avoid placing the DKPROG in high temperature, high humidity, or dusty environments.

Do not disassemble or modify the DKPROG, as it may result in damage to the main-board, battery, or other components, potentially leading to fire or other hazards.
Ensure to keep the screen, camera, and other key components well protected, and take precautions to prevent any damage from sharp objects.

Warranty and after-sale instructions

The DKPROG comes with a one-year warranty, which is based on the date indicated on the purchase receipt. If you do not have the purchase receipt or have misplaced it, the warranty period will be determined by the factory date recorded by the manufacturer.

Do not use the device in the environment at too high or too low temperature, never expose the device under strong sunshine or too wet environment. The suitable temperature for the product is -20~60°C.
When charging, please place the device in an environment that has a normal room temperature and good ventilation. It is recommended to charge the device in an environment with a temperature that ranges from 5°C~25°C.

For a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase of a VOXX Electronics product, Voxx Electronics. (“Voxx”) promises to the original purchaser, to repair or replace with a comparable reconditioned piece, the security or remote start accessory piece (hereinafter the “Part”), which proves to be defective in workmanship or material under normal use, provided the following conditions are met: the Part was purchased from an authorized VOXX Electronics dealer; and the Part is returned to VOXX Electronics, postage prepaid, along with a clear, legible copy of the receipt or bill of sale bearing the following information: consumer’s name, address, telephone number, the authorized licensed dealer’s name and complete product and Part description.
This warranty is nontransferable and is automatically void if the Part has been modified or used in a manner contrary to its intended purpose or the Part has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, installation, or other causes not arising out of defect in materials or construction.
