Product Introduction

The Pre-Filter is mainly used to intercept particle impurities, sediment, rust, floating materials and other pollutants in the water.
For downstream plumbing, water purifiers, water heaters, wall-hung furnaces, washing machines, shower baths and other end water-relat­ed equipment play a positive protective role.

• This series of products should be avoiding close to heat sources and away from children.
• This series products are only suitable for 41-100.4°F municipal tap water, please do not use it for waste water and corrosive liquid.
• When installing the valve, please pay attention to whether the water flow direction marked on the valve body and the pipeline flow direc­ tion are the same.
• Do not install upstream of the water meter
• The installation location ensures a reliable drainage system.
• Depending on the water quality, the filter needs to be flushed normally at least once a month.
• During normal cleaning and maintenance, take care to protect the components.

Product Installation

Close the inlet main valve and drain the remaining water in the pipe. When installing, please pay attention to whether the water flow direction marked on the valve body and the water flow direction in the pipe are consistent.
After the installation of this product, the filter bottle assembly must be kept vertical. Professional installation is required. Make sure that the parts are complete before installation.
Must be installed by professional personnel to confirm whether the parts are complete before installation.
Metal hard pipe installation, need to add pipeline according to the actual situation.
When winding the raw material belt, it should be fully and evenly wound.
This product should not be installed outdoors, as far as possible from ultraviolet light, heat sources, fuel and various chemicals, etc.
After installation, observe carefully whether there is water leakage at each joint connection.

Instructions For Use

Discharge Operation Method

• After installation, open the main water inlet gate and flush it once.
• Ensure a reliable drainage system before flushing, or the user can use a suitable container to hold the flushing effluent.
• The user can clean and drain the inside of the filter bottle by rotating the lower housing 200° to the left, and if the drain needs to be closed, simply rotate it 200° to the right.
• Depending on the water quality, flush at least once a month, drainage switch three times, each flush for 30 seconds.
• The product is used continuously for 8-12 months, the filter must be cleaned (recommended by professional maintenance personnel cleaning).
• In the normal cleaning and maintenance process, care must be taken to protect the integrity of the components (repair must use the original parts).

Disassembly and cleaning of the filter assembly

1. Professional disassembly and cleaning is recommended.
2. When normal scraping or rinsing cannot remove dirt from the screen and affects water usage, it is recommended that the screen assembly be disassembled and cleaned.
3. Unscrew the filter bottle clockwise with a wrench.
4. Remove the screen assembly and clean the dirt inlaid on the screen, etc.
   (It is not necessary to remove the scouring assembly when cleaning only the screen assembly).

 

Instellaticn of scrapmg and washmg assembly and filter assembly

1. Professional disassembly and cleaning is recommended.
2. To install the scraping assembly, first put the support into the filter bottle with tweezers or by hand, so that the four concave points of the support are aligned with the four convex points at the bottom of the bottle, and then put the scraping rotating skeleton into the bottle.
3. When installing the screen, the four bumps on the screen assembly should be aligned with the four notches on the filter bottle.
