Yes—if the FBX contains animation clips, you can play/pause them. Some complex rigs or constraints may not render perfectly in browsers.

Are files uploaded to manuals.plus?

Drag & drop and Browse loads are processed in your browser. If you load from a URL, your browser fetches that URL directly (subject to CORS).

Why does URL loading fail sometimes?

Browsers enforce CORS. The host serving the .fbx (and any external textures) must allow cross-origin requests (Access-Control-Allow-Origin).
