SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- This product without waterproof. Do not expose this product to Rain or Moisture.
- This product is intended for use in vehicle. Do not install the device where it will block the driver’s view of the road (including the mirrors!) or the deployment of the airbag.
- Keep your attention on the road! Don’t try to operate or focus on any device while driving. If you have to concentrate on a device, pull off the road for a few minutes.
- Ensure that the camera lens is clean and there is nothing blocking the lens.
- Don’t leave the device in direct sunlight for a long period of time or where the temperature could go above
- Please examine, check and verify the device at least once a month including the associated SD card, to ensure the recording is working properly.
- Never attempt to disassemble, repair or make any modifications to your device.

Screen and Functions
INSTALLATION
- Never install this product while driving.
- Install this product near the rear-view mirror to obtain the best open-field view. Do not install in a location that will obstruct your required driving view.
- Make sure that the lens is within the wiping range of the windscreen wiper to ensure a clear view even when it rains.
- Do not touch the lens with your fingers. Finger grease may be left on the lens and will result in.
Install vehicle video recorder
- Use dry fabric to wipe out the spot where the product will be attached on the windscreen. Make sure to install the product on where sight is not disturbed.
- Install the suction mount and firmly affix the mount onto the windshield. Then install product.
- Select way A or B to install charge cable, hide cable into the seams around the edge of the dashboard.
- Insert charger to car cigarette lighter.
- Turn on vehicle camcorder, adjust the lens to focus on the road ahead.
- Make sure that the product is operating normally.
PRODUCT PRECAUTIONS
- Step 1 : Before installation, please check the accessories carefully to ensure that the products and accessories are correct and complete, and then start the installation.
- Step 2 : During installation, be sure not to insert the car key into the power supply, and do not insert or pull out any machine accessories in the status of Power-on, including: SD card. These actions should be completed when power is turned off.
- Step 3 : When the car key is plugged into the vehicle, the dash cam will automatically turn on. Please check whether the function of power on/off, the display are normal.
- Step 4 : When the machine is in use, it is forbidden and dangerous to pull and insert the SD card, which will cause the recorded video files to be damaged and the machine to be abnormal or damaged.
- Step 5 : If you need to download the recording videos and images, press SD card directly when the car is turned off. Then insert the SD card into the machine again when the vehicle is turned off.
- Step 6 : You must use CIO high-speed card (recommended capacity 32G), lower than CIO will cause problems like video stutter, black screen, video can not be recorded or not be played or not automatically be covered.
- Step 7 : Achieving more functions require mobile phone terminal to connect to dash cam with Dashcam Player APP. The specific application method of the APP will be described in detail later.
SMARTPHONE APP INSTALLATION AND WIFI CONNECTION:
- Smart phone APP Installation
Android system mobile phone Open the “Google play store” search “VIETMAP REC” to download and install. - IOS system Apple phone
Open the “Apple store” “VIETMAP REC” search VIETMAP REC to download
WiFi Connection
Open your smartphone WiFi settings and select Dash Cam
- Network: VlETMAP-TS-C9P_
- Use password 12345678 to connect.
Once connected, launch the APP to see live video, track your journey, change camera settings or download captured footage and photos.
Check WIFI and password
- Remove the micro SD from the VIETMAP TS-C9P.
- Use the included micro SD card adapter to connect computer and open “wifiinfo.txt” file.
Warranty Activation

Note
- Make sure your smartphone has a internet connection.
- Please active warranty with owner’s phone number to ensure your benefits when using VIETMAP products.
- Each phone number that active the product warranty will be given a license to use VIE-TMAP LIVE.

VIETMAP LIVE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
VIETMAP LIVE APP Installation :
- steps 1 : open PLAY STORE or APP STORE or scan QR Code
- Steps 2 : Search for VIETMAP LIVE
- Steps 3 : Download and install
Register an account
- Press “Däng ki ngay”
- Enter phone number
- Enter OTP code from VIETMAp
- Create a password
Note
- The phone number must have receive SMS function.
- Make sure your smartphone has a internet connection and GPS need turn on.
After setup a route with a destination using the VIETMAP LIVE application, information about the route to travel and detailed instructions to get to the destination will appear on the screen.
- Enter your destination
- Find your destination by voice
- Select “Båt dåu dilf to start the route
- The screen will display the route
Note:
- The application will use GPS signal on the smartphone to determine location.
- If the phone not turn on Location feature, the application will not able to get user location information and related information.

- VIETMAP is not responsible for any problem that occurs if the device obtained illegally.
- Thought this product records and saves footages in the event of accident, it does not guarantee every single accident scenes are fully recorded.
- Accidents scenes may not be recorded if there is minor impact on the vehicle so that the impact sensor cannot defect.
- The recordings obtained from the product might be used as a proof of accident. However, VIETMAP will not be responsible for any gain or loss cause by the accident.
