Product Usage Instructions:

Safety Instructions:

1. Assemble the product according to the provided instructions.
2. Wear safety goggles and work gloves during assembly.
3. Keep the assembly area clean, well-lit, and free of bystanders. Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of substances.
4. Assemble on a flat, level surface capable of supporting the spreader.
5. Inspect the product before each use for loose or damaged parts.

Assembly Steps:

1. Fix the support frame to the hopper using plastic knobs and screws.
2. Attach the square tube and handle to the hopper with plastic knobs and screws.
3. Lock the wheel and mixing shaft together with screws.
4. Insert the wiring harness buckle into the hopper hole and secure with an R-shaped pin.

How to Use the Spreader Trolley:

• To Open: Push the Control Lever forward until it stops against the button.
• To Close: Pull the Control Lever fully back toward the Operator.

Follow these steps when using the spreader trolley:

1. Set the dispensing lever to OFF position before adding spreading material.
2. Fill the hopper with spreading material.
3. Adjust the dispensing lever for desired spread volume.
4. Drive the spreader trolley at an even speed to scatter material (speed affects scattering distance).
5. Close the dispensing flap when stopping the trolley.

6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely supporting the Behind Spreader.
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area.

ASSEMBLY STEP

1. Step 1: Align the holes on both sides of the stainless – steel part of the handle (A) perfectly with the corresponding holes on the hopper (G).
2. Step 2: Place the mixing shaft (F) inside the hopper (G).
3. Step 3: Pass the shaft (D) through the hole in the stainless – steel part, the hole in the hopper (G), and the mixing shaft (F) in sequence, and make sure it goes all the way through.
4. Step 4: Install the large washer (c), plastic part (h), large washer (c), wheel (C), large washer (c), and sleeve (f) on the shaft (D) in order. Finally, use the pin (d) to firmly secure all the components.

Fix the support frame (E) to the hopper (G) using plastic knobs+screws (b x 4).

Fix the square tube (B) and the handle (A) to the hopper (G) with Plastic knobs + screws (a x 4).

Rotate the wheel so that the holes of the shaft (D) and the mixing shaft (F) overlap, and then lock them with screws (e x 2).

Insert the buckle of the wiring harness into the hole of the hopper (G), which can prevent the wiring harness from falling off.

Insert the R-shaped pin (g) into the buckle part of the wiring harness to prevent the buckle from falling off.

The assembly is completed.

HOW TO USE THE SPREADER TROLLEY

TO OPEN- Push the Control Level forward until it stops against button. TO CLOSE- Pull the control Lever fully back toward Operator. Follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the spreading material.

NOTE: Make sure that the spreading material is evenly distributed. The spreading material must be dry.

1. Before feeding in the spreading material, set the dispensing lever to the OFF position (dispensing flap closed).
2. Fill the spreader trolley hopper.
3. To adjust the volume of spread, set the dispensing lever to the desired position.
4. In order to spread or scatter the material, drive the spreader trolley at an even speed (the higher the speed, the greater the scattering distance).
5. Close the dispensing flap as soon as you stop the spreader trolley (dispensing lever in OFF position).
