OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the installed screws.Install the fixed mount and lock it with the screws you just removed as shown.
- Install the galvanized tube and the stainless steel tubes on the square tubes successively as shown.
- Install first stop collar.Then install the baffle(A), gasket(B) and spring(C) in turn.Install the second stop collar and properly press the spring. Then install the film roll and the second baffle, and lock it with the third stop collar as shown.
NOTE: The film roll is aligned with the center of the bag jig.|
- The film passes through rods E and F as shown.
- Pull the film out and fold it in half along the length.Then cut a sharp Angle out of the front end of the film as shown.
- Unfold the folded film and thread it down into the bag forming a jig as shown.
- Turn the handle 90° clockwise to separate a pair of black rollers as shown.
- Pull the film through the middle of a pair of black rollers.Then turn the handle 90° counterclockwise and this pair of black rollers clamp the film as shown.
- Align the two machine ports and connect them with signal wire as shown. Product assembly completed.
- Upper temperature:Display vertical sealing temperature.
- Lower temperature:Display the notch sealing temperature.
- Length:Displays set bag length.
- Quantity:Display the number of sealed bags.
- Upper temperature adjust”+”:Increase the vertical sealing temperature.
- Upper temperature adjust”-”:Lower the vertical sealing temperature.
- Stop:Stop the machine.(Red light when it stops)
- Run:When the temperature reaches, the light turns green.
- Length adjust”+”:Increase the bag length
- Length adjust”-”:Shorten the bag length
- Lower temperature adjust”+”:Increase the notch sealing temperature.
- Lower temperature adjust”-”:Lower the notch sealing temperature.
- Jog:Manual test key.
- Zero/Quantity
- Pull:Hand stretch bag.
- Cut:Hand bag cutting.
Set:To set internal functions, hold down. - The operating instructions
- Put the two machines in a stable position with the feed ports in line.
- Plug in the power cable and turn on the power switch.
- Set the working temperature of sealing bag.(It is recommended to set the temperature between 100 and 140 degrees Celsius.It is related to the film material.)
- When the temperature reaches the set value, the first test machine makes 3 to 5 empty bags.
- Turn on both machines to automatically fill and seal bags.
Tips: The bag length can be set according to the need to fill the required materials.
MAINTENANCE
- The user shall select a quantitative filling machine of a suitable range according to the said products.
- The machine contains a precision electronic scale, it is forbidden to be overweight.
- When in use, please keep the machine level and stable to avoid big vibrations or impact; otherwise, it may cause damage.
- After use, please clean the material and keep the machine clean
- When the machine is not in use, please empty the materials and store it in a ventilated and dry place.
- Please clean the product and the filter in time after each use.
- Always keep the product outside clean.
Please store the product in a dry and ventilated place.
If the fuse is damaged, replace it as shown.
