The stacker can be powered off and brake in other states. It should be ensured that when the stacker is at rest, when the magnetic brake is locked, the goods can be lifted at this time, and the vehicle cannot run when the goods are lifted. When handling and stacking, it should be ensured that the center of gravity of the goods is in the center of the standard load, and the weight of the goods should be less than the weight marked on the load curve. In stacking, it can only move slowly forward and backward, with no turning operation.
  2. Handling and stacking operations:
As shown in Figure 5-1, pull out the main power switch to turn on the main power supply, open the electric door lock, drive the vehicle near the cargo pile (the head of the fork is 300mm away from the cargo pile), press the down button, adjust the height of the fork to the proper position, slowly insert the fork into the cargo tray as deep as possible, and press the up button until the fork is 200-300mm away from the ground. Drive the vehicle to the shelf position and slowly stop the delivery forkhead 300mm away from the shelf, press the rise button, the fork rises to the appropriate height of the shelf (the bottom of the pallet is about 100mm higher than the shelf), slowly move the goods to the exact position of the shelf, press the drop button, carefully place the goods on the shelf, and make the fork out of the goods, slowly drive the vehicle.Make the fork move out of the cargo tray (the forkhead is 300mm from the shelf), reduce the fork to about 100mm from the ground, and drive the vehicle away from the shelf. In the process of driving, we should pay attention to the barrier-free before and after, and slow down when turning.
  3. Operation of removing goods from shelves:
As shown in Figure 5-1, pull out the main power switch, turn on the main power supply, open the electric door lock, drive the vehicle near the shelf (the head of the fork is 300mm away from the shelf), press the lift button, adjust the height of the fork to the proper position of the shelf, insert the fork slowly as deep as possible into the cargo tray, and press the lift button. Lift the goods to the bottom of the goods tray at the height of 100mm from the shelf, slowly start the vehicle to move the goods out of the shelf (the forkhead is 300mm from the shelf), press the drop button, the fork is lowered to a height of 200-300mm from the ground, the vehicle is removed from the shelf, and the vehicle is slowly stopped after driving to the required position, press the drop button, and put the goods down. Use the fork to completely detach from the cargo and slowly move the fork out of the cargo tray.

Handling exceptions during use:

  1. When the lift button is pressed, the fork can be lifted, but when the lift button is released, the fork is still rising and is in a state of uncontrolled rise. At this time, the main power switch should be immediately pressed to cut off the power supply. The vehicle is moved to a safe position, the goods are lowered by manual method, and the circuit of the vehicle is overhauled.
  2. If brake failure is found during use, it must be stopped immediately and the vehicle should be repaired.
  3. If the vehicle pushes the operator into the wall or other objects while going backward, as long as the emergency reverse switch button on the top of the operation handle is pressed, the vehicle will automatically move forward and reverse without causing injury to the operator.

After use:
Park the vehicle in a fixed parking place after use and carry out routine maintenance in accordance with the matters specified in Article 7. And charge the vehicle.
