Quick Setup & Use

1. Insert four bases into the side poles, then assemble using 4 sets of M8 washers and M8 self-locking nuts.
2. Install two horizontal poles: use an M8 washer, an M8*16 bolt, an M8 cup nut, and an M8 spring washer.
3. Install the other two horizontal poles using the same hardware set as in Step 2.
4. Install the buffer pads using 4 sets of M8 washers, M8*25 bolts, and M8 self-locking nuts.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Step1:
Insert four bases into the side poles, assemble them with 4 sets of M8 washers, M8 self-locking nuts.

Step 2

Install two horizontal poles with M8 washer, M8*16 bolt, M8 cup nut and M8 spring washer.

Step 3
Install another two horizontal poles with M8 washer, M8 spring washer, M8*16 bolt, M8 cup nut and M8 spring washer.

Step 4
Install the buffer pads, with 4 sets of M8 washers, M8*25 bolts and M8 self-locking nuts.

Troubleshooting

• If parts do not align during assembly, re-check that bases are inserted into the side poles before installing horizontal poles (Steps 1–2).
• If a horizontal pole connection feels loose, confirm the correct sequence of hardware for that pole (M8 washer → M8*16 bolt → M8 cup nut → M8 spring washer as stated in the instructions).
• If buffer pads are not mounting securely, verify you are using the specified hardware for Step 4 (M8 washers, M8*25 bolts, and M8 self-locking nuts).
