SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you very much for choosing this Exercise Jumping Stool. Please read all of the instructions before using it.The information will help you achieve the best possible results.

WARNING:
Please read this manual carefully before using the product. Failure to do so may result in serious injury.

  1. Inspect the jump stool thoroughly before each use. Check for loose bolts, cracks, or signs of wear. Do not use if damaged, loose, or unstable, as this may cause serious injury.
  2. Do not exceed the marked maximum user weight. Overloading may result in equipment failure and injury.
  3. Use the stool only on a flat, level, and non-slip surface. Ensure there is at least 0.6m of clear space around the equipment to avoid collision injuries.
  4. This product is intended for fitness training only. Not for use by children under 13 years old. Children and pets must be kept away from the equipment at all times.
  5. Warm up properly before use. Improper or excessive training may cause health damage or injury. If you feel dizzy, uncomfortable, or fatigued during use, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
  6. Wear appropriate exercise clothing and training shoes during use. Avoid loose clothing that may get caught, and remove all jewelry before training.
  7. Do not modify the equipment or its components without authorization. Repairs must be performed by professional personnel; replace defective parts immediately and stop using the equipment until it is repaired.
  8. This equipment is for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors or near water to prevent damage and safety hazards.
  9. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you are over 35 years old or have health complications.

ASSEMBLY PRECAUTIONS

  1. Assemble needs to follow these instructions. Incorrect assembly can be a hazard.
  2. Wear safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
  3. Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
  4. Weight capacity and other product capabilities only apply to a wholly and correctly assembled product.
  5. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
  6. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
  7. The weight of plate is heavy; pay attention to the installation to avoid hurting it, and if necessary, find someone to assist with the installation.
  8. Assembly should be done by adults only.
  9. WARNING: This product contains small parts. If swallowed, it will pose a choking hazard. Keep these small parts away from children when assembling!

USE PRECAUTIONS

TIPPING:

  1. Use as intended only. Prevent slipping and falling injuries.
  2. Inspect before every use. Do not use it if parts are loose or damaged.
  3. Use on flat, level, and hard surfaces only.
  4. If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop using this item until repairs are made and replacement parts are installed.
  5. Do not exceed the listed weight capacity. Tighten all knobs securely before applying load. Be aware of dynamic loading! The sudden load movement may briefly create an excess load, causing product failure.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

  1. Place 1 sheet of plywood base layer on a flat surfaceVEVOR-Exercise-Jumping-Stool  (2)
  2. Place the plywood at a 90-degree angle to the base board. VEVOR-Exercise-Jumping-Stool  (3)
  3. Connect the two remaining plywood sides to the base sheet. VEVOR-Exercise-Jumping-Stool  (4)
  4. Interlock the 2 center support pieces of plywood together through their precut notches.(16×14×12in the model does not have such a step) VEVOR-Exercise-Jumping-Stool  (5)
  5. Attach the final support piece to the center support through the precut notch. Install a golden screw in the predrilled hole in the center and tighten it.(16×14×12in the model does not have such a step) VEVOR-Exercise-Jumping-Stool  (6)
  6. Place the assembled center support into the ply metric box as shown.(16×14×12in the model does not have such a step) VEVOR-Exercise-Jumping-Stool  (7)
  7. Install the remaining plywood sheet, with handle cutout, at a 90° angle. Connect the central support to both of the handled sides of the box. Install golden screws as shown and tighten. (16×14×12in the model does not have such a step) VEVOR-Exercise-Jumping-Stool  (8)
  8. Place the final plywood sheet on top of the box. Install the screws in the predrilled holes.
    Note: Install all screws before tightening them to ensure the box is aligned. VEVOR-Exercise-Jumping-Stool  (1)
