Installation Guide
1.1.Put the cover into the base;
1.2.The screws are fixed with M4×8 screws on both sides and behind the lid, a total of 3 screws.
2. A round hole should be opened at the roof installation position, and the inner diameter of the round hole is 5mm larger than the outer diameter of the ventilation pipe.
3. Place the wall vent in the circular hole, mark four points on the roof according to the screw holes of the mounting plate, drill holes with a diameter of 6mm and a depth of 40mm at the marked points, and finally install M4 expansion screws in the four small holes.
4. If you are connecting the exhaust fan, please refer to the outer diameter of the product ventilation pipe and purchase flexible duct and duct clamp by yourself. First, fix the flexible duct on the ventilation pipe of the wall vent.
5. Then put the wall ventilation port into the middle of the large hole, and align the screw hole of the mounting plate with the expansion screw; fix the product with ST4×35 self-tapping screws, and complete the installation;
6. The ventilation opening in the wall is installed in the same way on other vertical walls.
Note: When the flexible duct is connected with the wall exhaust port and the exhaust fan, if the two ends are not completely sealed, the airflow will produce turbulence, which will cause noise in the wall exhaust port!!!
