 Overview

The MINI SPLIT STAND MODEL C4++ is an assembly kit designed to support a mini-split air conditioner using a frame, mounting components, and buffer pads. Read the full manual before operation and keep children away from the product.

TECHNICAL PARAMETER

Quick Setup / Assembly

1. Assemble the longitudinal poles with the horizontal poles to form a frame.
2. Assemble the base with the vertical pole, secure using the M8×20 screw, then install the plastic cover.
3. Assemble group (1) and group (2) using the M8×20 screw and M8 washer.
4. Place the support pole onto the frame according to the AC size, then insert the mounting plate into the support pole and lock the screw with the mounting plate (do not fully fasten the screw first; then fasten slowly).
5. Install the buffer pad onto the support pole and fasten it according to the AC size.

Troubleshooting

• Support pole mounting plate doesn’t align during assembly: The manual instructs to position the mounting plate into the support pole, lock the screw with the mounting plate, and only then fasten; avoid fully tightening the screw before the mounting plate is properly seated.
• Screws feel difficult to tighten: Follow the instruction to fasten the screw slowly after inserting the mounting plate into the support pole.
• Buffer pad not fitted to the correct position: Confirm the buffer pad is installed and fastened according to the AC size (the manual specifies adjusting to the AC size).

• Step2: Assemble the base with the vertical pole, assemble them with the M8*20 screw, install the plastic cover.
• Step3: Assemble the group(1) and group(2) with M8*20 screw and M8 washer.
• Step4: Put the Support pole on the frame according to the AC size. Insert the mounting plate to the support pole.
• ③ Lock the screw with the mounting plate, do not fasten thescrew first.
• ④Then insert the mounting plate to the support pole,fasten the screw slowly.
• Step5: Install the buffer pad onto the support pole, fasten the buffer pad according to the AC size.
