3. Step 3: Transferring Files
   To transfer files, follow these steps:
   1. Ensure that the card reader is connected to your device.
   2. Insert one memory card at a time into the card reader.
   3. You can now transfer files between your device and the inserted memory card.

   A: The product is USB 3.0, so the transfer speed is 5Gbps. However, the transfer speed also depends on the type of file being transferred.
4. Q: Does this card reader support reading two cards at the same time?
   A: Yes, this USB 3.0 version card reader supports the use of two cards inserted at the same time, allowing you to transfer data between the two cards.
5. Q: What should I do if the card reader does not show anything after I insert it into my computer or phone?

6. Q: Does it have capacity?
   A: It is just a card reader without capacity. You need to insert a memory card with the desired capacity before use. It can only read memory cards up to 2TB in capacity.
7. Q: Does it support UHS-II Card?
   A: Yes, it does support UHS-II Card, but it will be read at UHS-I speeds.
8. Q: Can the memory card of Switch be used on this card reader?
   A: Yes, the memory card of a Switch can be used in this card reader.
9. Q: Can I connect it to PS4 or Xbox?
   A: We do not recommend connecting it to PS4 or Xbox as they have their own standards for external devices.

• Memory card in FAT32 format does not support transferring single files larger than 4GB. Memory card in exFAT format can support transfer of a single file larger than 4GB.
