V380Pro Security Camera App

Pay attention

1. Power Button
   Long press for 5 seconds ON/OFF
2. The silica gel of the USB interface can be pulled apart separately, and charged directly by plugging into the USB interface
3. To insert the TF card, you need to pull the silicone on the base of the device
   The digital side of the TF card is facing up (as shown in the picture) and inserted into the card slot

Installation Guidance

1. Fix with 3M glue. Tear off the RED 3M glue behind the back clip, and fix the back clip at the installation position
   Pay Attention: The installation surface must be clean, smooth and dry. Not suitable for uneven wood, leather and painted walls, please press the bracket for 1-2 minutes at the installation position to achieve the best sticking effect.
2. Stick the device on the wall as shown in the picture or anywhere you want to install

Fixing screws (3M glue is generally very firm and does not need additional screws)

• Use a drilling tool to drill holes on the wall according to the hole distance of the back clip. It is recommended to mark the wall with a pencil before drilling. Screw the expansion nut into the hole on the wall, and then use the screw to connect the back clip with the nut, complete fixed.
• Pay Attention: The screw cap cannot be higher than the sponge of the back clip, and must be nailed into the nut completely, otherwise it will scratch the machine.

Debug Mode

Three ways to adjust the angle of view of the lens: according to the installation position of the camera, use the most appropriate way to adjust the angle of view of the screen

1. Use the arrow to rotate the lens on each side. It is recommended to twist the left and right sides no more than 90°, and the remaining angle of view can be adjusted by APP.
2. The inversion of the APP on the mobile phone interface, the inverted image – the positive image. (Determine whether you need to set it according to the actual scene)
3. APP screen finger touch to correct the angle of view

Register and log in to the APP

Add device

• Method 1: Open the mobile APP, please click the “+” in the upper right corner, scan the QR code on the camera body, select “Device connected to WiFi”, then select “AP hotspot connection” and complete the device binding according to the guidance of the mobile phone.
• Method 2: Open the mobile APP, please click “+” in the upper right corner, select “Can’t find the QR code on the device? Please click here” button to select “WiFi smart camera”, then select “AP hotspot connection” and complete the device binding according to the guidance of the mobile phone .

Quick Guide

• Open the “V380 Pro” APP
• You need to confirm these prompts, which appear using the APP for the first time, as shown on the picture below

• Register and Log in to the APP account
• Click “Add Device” or “+” in the upper right corner to add a new device Select “While using the app”

• Scan the QR code label on the fuselage, and click “Device connected to WiFi”

• Click “AP hotspot connection
• ” Select “While using the app”

• The Android mobile phone jumps to the WiFi conn- ection interface, select the available WiFi network to connect, please use the 2.4GHz wireless network. This device does not support 5GHz wireless network (But most routers are dual-band 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, you can use this device to connect)
• Select the router WiFi network and enter the correct WiFi password, click “Confirm”

• The IOS jumps to the WiFi connection interface, click “Use other WiFi”
• The IOS Enter the system WiFi setting interface, select the available WiFi network to connect, please use 2.4GHz wireless network. This device does not support 5GHz wireless network(But most routers are dual-band 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, you can use this device to connect)
• Select the router WiFi network and enter the correct WiFi password, click “Confirm”

• Click “Connect AP spot”
  Click “I know” to automatically enter the WiFi setting interface of the mobile phone system

• Select the UID of the device (MVXXXXXXXX) and connect until as shown connected
• Click “Keep trying WLAN” or “Always connect”, if not prompted, please ignore

• Return to the “V380 Pro” APP, wait for the device to emit a prompt sound, jump to the screen after the connection is successful, complete the device name according to the needs, and click “Finish”

• After completing the device setting, the screen will jump to the main page of “V380 Pro” APP, click the added device
• Click “Set Password”
• Complete the password setting according to the prompt, and then click “Confirm”, the device setting is completed

Open all 3 recording modes, or choose the recording mode that suits you
