Usage Instructions

• Bluetooth & USB Cable Connection

Mobile Phone Operation

1. Download the APP: Scan the provided QR Code to download the Marklife APP.
2. APP Connection:
   • Open the Marklife APP.
   • Click “UNLINK” in the upper left corner.
   • Find your printer model (D100 Label Printer) and select it.
   • Important: Do NOT pair Bluetooth from your phone’s general settings. Only pair via the Marklife APP.
   • Note: Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on before opening the APP and clicking “UNLINK” to find the printer.
3. Create Label:
   • Choose between two label styles: Continuous Label & Gap Label.
   • Select the correct size for your label.
   • NOTE: Please set the correct width and height; otherwise, the label will not print.

Windows – Printer Driver Installation

1. Download Driver: Visit https://marklife.cc/D100.exe to download the driver.

3. Installation Steps:
   • Note: Before installing the driver, temporarily turn off your computer’s antivirus software.
   • Ensure the printer is connected to the power supply and your computer, and is powered on.
   • Double-click the downloaded driver file to begin installation.

Mac – Printer Driver Installation

1. Download Driver: Visit https://marklife.cc/D100.dmg to download the driver.

3. Installation Steps:
   • Note: Before installing the driver, temporarily turn off your computer’s antivirus software.
   • Ensure the printer is connected to the power supply and your computer, and is powered on.
   • Double-click the downloaded driver file (e.g., “Label Printer Driver In…r(1).pkg”) to begin installation.

Troubleshooting

FCC Caution (for interference issues):

This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. If interference occurs, try the following measures:

• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Important: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

Common Printing Issues:

• Printer not printing:
  • Ensure the printer is powered on and connected correctly (via Bluetooth for mobile, or USB for computer).
  • For mobile, verify Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the printer is connected within the Marklife APP (not phone settings).
  • Check if the correct label width and height are set in the APP/software. Incorrect settings will prevent printing.
  • For a computer, ensure the driver is installed correctly and antivirus software is temporarily disabled during installation.
• Poor print quality:
  • Ensure you are using compatible labels.
  • Check for any obstructions or debris in the print head area.
