Controlled Rate Freezer TSCM Battery Replacement
- Login to touchscreen. Turn unit off by pressing power button & message will pop up confirming shut down command. After screen processes power off command flip rocker switch on right side of unit and unplug from wall.
- Remove screws on right side wall panel to gain access to internal deck
- Remove side panel and battery is located on right side. Typically, the battery color is grey & blue or black.
- Disconnect red and black wires from battery terminals
- Remove battery bracket nut. Slide battery bracket towards the front of the unit and lift to remove. Remove old battery and replace with new one.
- Complete Reverse order after new battery is installed.
Note: Ensure to connect wires correctly to battery terminals: Red (+) wire to red positive terminal & black (-) wire to negative black terminal
