FAQ
1.) Why it can’t reach the data transfer speed of USB3.1 Gen1? This product passed rigorous testing. Under normal situations, it can read and write with the speed of USB3.1 Gen1 (5Gbps). Please make sure your host (computer) supports USB3.1 Gen1 specification. Otherwise, there will be a corresponding speed of either USB2.0 or USB1.1 only.
2.) Why my USB devices can’t be recognized by the product? It is recommended to plug in the power supply when using high power-consuming devices or plug in the USB-C PD to ensure there is enough power.

1. Do not disassemble this hub or expose it to humidity or high-temperature environments as direct sunlight.
2. Improper using, disassembling, or any other operation that does not follow this instruction will result in damage to your devices or this hub. We will not abide by any compensation or maintenance responsibility under this circumstance.
3. When you transfer data from other USB devices, you would better not unplug the adapter until the data transfer is completed, otherwise the transmission will be interrupted for a few seconds. Please eject your adapter or the devices connecting to this adapter properly before unplug.
