Q: Why is the product not working?
A: Normally the product should work. Please check with the following steps.

Q: How to use the product’s fast charging port (PD)?
A: The PD port is connected to the power supply device, and the USB C port is connected to the laptop. Effectively avoid the problem of insufficient power of the laptop during use.
Note:
1. Please use chargers and cables above 65W with PD fast charging protocol.
2. The actual power supply is related to the charger, charging cable, and device interface protocol you use.
3. The PD port can not be used as an output power source to charge mobile phones and tablets.
Q: Why can’t it reach 1Gbps?
A: Please check the product with the following steps:
1) Please make sure the USB C port on your device is compatible with USB 3.0 or above
2) Please make sure the network cable is CAT6 or above.
3) Please check your bandwidth allocation.
