Product Overview
Transmitter mode (TX)
Wirelessly stream audio from your non-Bluetooth TV, Switch, or in-flight entertainment to your Bluetooth earphones or speakers.
- Connects to the 1st Bluetooth Earphones or Speakers
- Slide to “TX” mode, then press the button for 3s to turn on the product. It will automatically enter pairing mode, and the indicator will flash red and blue alternately.
- Put your earphones or speakers into pairing mode based on their user manual. The blue indicator will be on for 3 seconds to indicate successful pairing.
- Connect the product to an audio source device (e.g., in-flight entertainment) and enjoy the audio by wearing the earphones.
- Connects to the 2nd Bluetooth Earphones or Speakers
- Complete the pairing with the last set of headphones based on the steps above. Then put the 2ndset of headphones into pairing mode based on its manual.
- Double-click the button, then the indicator will flash red and blue alternately when it enters pairing mode. Pairing will be completed when the blue indicator turns on for three seconds.
Receiver mode (RX)
Wirelessly stream audio from your Bluetooth-enabled phones, tablets, or computers to your non-Bluetooth stereo system (amplifiers, car stereos, etc.).
WARNING
- This product has a built-in lithium-ion battery. Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or throw it into the fire.
- Discontinue use immediately if the battery is severely swollen.
- Do not use it in a high-temperature environment.
- Do not use the battery if it is immersed in water.
- The battery is hazardous. Please keep the product out of the reach of children.
- If the battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death.
- If you think the battery might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
- Dispose of or recycle the dead battery properly according to local laws and regulations.
- This product contains small parts; please do not use it as a toy for children to prevent swallowing.
- Please store this product in a dry place at room temperature.
- Please use a power supply that meets the requirements of the corresponding safety standards and has a rated output of 5v-1a for charging; otherwise, it may cause fire or damage to the product.

Indicator & Voice Prompts
While using the product during charging, the indicator will prioritise displaying the function status over the charging status.
Specifications
The data are measured by the UGREEN lab but may vary based on specific circumstances.
Receiver mode (RX)
- Connects to the last Phone Slide to “RX” mode, then press the button for 3s to turn on the product. It will automatically enter pairing mode, and the indicator will flash red and blue alternately.
- Open up your phone’s Bluetooth list and connect to “UGREEN-CM872”. The blue indicator will turn on for 3s, and the phone will show “connected” when pairing is successful.
- Plug it into an AUX port on an audio output device (e.g. car stereos) to play music.
Connects to the 2nd Phone or Tablet
- Complete the pairing with the last phone. Double-click the button, then the indicator will flash red and blue alternately when it enters pairing mode.
- Connect to “UGREEN-CM872” in your 2nd phone’s Bluetooth list. The blue indicator will turn on for 3 seconds, and the phone will show “connected” when pairing is successful.
Note
It only supports music playback on one device at a time. If you need to switch to the 2nd device fPlaybackack, please turn off the audio source of the first device.
Tips
- After pairing is completed for the first time, it will automatically reconnect to the last paired device the next time you use it.
- Double-clicking the button will put the product into pairing mode. However, if it has connected to 2
- Devices already, you need to disconnect one of them first and then double-click the button to connect to the new device.
- This product can save a maximum of 5 paired devices. When connecting to the 6th Bluetooth device, the first device in the memory list will be cleared automatically.
- If disconnected from your device due to distance, the product will attempt to reconnect to your device first. If reconnection fails, it will enter pairing mode.
- If no connection is established, the product will automatically turn off.
- When the battery is low, the product indicator will flash red once every 10 seconds. Please charge it in time.
- The red indicator will turn on for 3s when charging starts, and a green indicator for 3s when theThe product is fully charged.
- The product’s protection mechanism will be triggered in two situations:
- During Charging: If the battery temperature is below 0°C/32°F or above 45°C/113°F, the product will automatically turn off and cease charging.
- Replug the charger to resume charging once the temperature returns to normal.
- When not charging: If the battery temperature is below -10°C/14°F or greater than 60°C/140°F, the product will automatically turn off.
Clear Paired Devices List & Reset
Clear paired devices list
After powering off, press and hold the button for 10 seconds to clear the pairing information. The indicator will alternately illuminate in the sequence of red, green, and blue. After this cycle repeats twice, indicates the completion of the clearing process.
Resetting
When powering on, use a pin-like object such as a SIM card removal tool to insert and hold it in the “RESET” hole for about 2s. The product will reset to factory settings and automatically power off.
