RZR PRO R Turbo Kit Install

Polaris RZR Pro XP Turbo R XPBT Turbo System

1. Remove the exhaust header, bed cover, seats, rear panel, clutch cover, airbox and piping to prepare for the turbo kit installation.
2. Install the cast turbo exhaust manifold, using the factory bolts.
3. Install the turbo charger onto the exhaust manifold with the supplied V Band clamp.
4. Remove the stock engine plate and install the new Oil Drain plate.
5.  Connect the oil drain hose from the turbocharger to the oil drain plate.
6. Install the downpipe to the turbocharger and muffler. Fasten with the supplied V Band clamp.
7. Install the new map sensor into the intake manifold.
8. Install the new fuel injectors.
9. Connect the 90 degree silicone tube to the stock throttle body.
10. Mount the Intercooler, fasten with the supplied bolts, and clamp silicone tube to throttle body side.
11. Connect Charge Tube from turbo to intercooler.
12. Install oil feed fitting near the oil filter, connect oil line to the fitting.
13. Connect other end of oil hose to the turbocharger.
14. Connect Coolant Hoses to turbocharger, remove the stock hose from top of the engine from the coolant reservoir, connect the oem hose to the new short hose with union and connect it to the turbocharger, the new long hose connects from the turbocharger to the coolant reservoir.
15. Connect the intercooler fans to the rear Fang light.
16. Remove the stock clutches and install the supplied clutch kit. Orange Spring is for the secondary, Silver Spring is for the primary. Load the weights from heal to tip. Heal = Red Bolt 2x Tungsten washers, Mid= Red Bolt 2x Tungsten washers, Tip= Red bolt 1x thick washer.
17. Install the air filter and prefilter.
18. Prime the turbocharger, we suggest disconnecting the coils and fuel injectors, turn the engine over for 20 seconds. Remove oil drain hose and verify oil has flown through the turbocharger.
19. Fueling, we suggest running this kit at 7 PSI of boost on pump gas, we also suggest adding 4 ounces of VP Octanium per Tank. 14 PSI of boost will require straight 110 octane fuel.
