Quick operation guide

First of all thank you for using our products! This device supports WiFi, please select WiFi according to the actual use environment.

Wireless network environment
Some applications need to be connected to the network.

Setting method:
Click the “Settings” menu, open the “Wi-Fi” to view the available network, select the wireless network, enter the password to connect.

Start/shut down/restart

• Power on:
  Long press the power button for more than 2 seconds, the screen will display the startup animation to the translation interface, and you can use it normally.
• Shutdown:
  Hold down the power button for more than 2 seconds, and the restart/Shutdown icon will be displayed on the screen. Select the shutdown icon to shut down the device.
• Restart:
  Hold down the power button for more than 2 seconds, the restart/shutdown icon is displayed on the screen, select the restart icon, and the device restarts.

Status bar
The top of the device screen displays some status information of the device, such as time, Bluetooth, WiFi network, power and other status information.

Main interface
The main interface of the device is the main function entrance of the device.

There are 16 main functions:
Online translation, offline translation, photo translation, input translation, multinational conference, simultaneous interpretation, mobile phone group chat, intelligent recording, spoken language learning, word library, favorites, exchange rate conversion, Al assistant, world clock, local music, setting. (File management, photo translation, world clock and other functions are optional, please refer to the actual model)

Turn the screen on or off

• Turn the screen on or off manually:
  When the screen is off, press the power button to turn on the screen. When the screen lights up, press the power button to turn off the screen;
• Set the automatic shutdown time:
  Click on the “Settings” menu and then click on the “Automatic shutdown” option to adjust the shutdown duration.
• Set standby time:
  Click the “Settings” menu, and then click the “Standby time” option, you can adjust the standby time.

Main function introduction

Online translation
Click on the native language or foreign language option at the top of the online translation page to select the language you want to translate into. Long press the voice key, release the voice key after input, you can realize 142 languages mutual translation. (This feature needs to be used in an environment with an Internet connection)

1. Click the translated content on the screen to broadcast the translated content by voice;
2. The mother tongue voice key corresponds to the left translation language, and the foreign language voice key corresponds to the right language;
3. The clearer the voice input, the more accurate the recognition;
4. The native language and foreign language of some models correspond to the “voice key” of the key.

Offline translation
It can translate 18 languages offline, and this function can translate accurately without the Internet environment, using the same method as the online translation function. (The number of offline translation languages varies between different product models, please refer to the actual model.

Input translation
Input Translation can translate 142 languages online. Select the language you want to translate and enter the translated content in the text box to translate it. Click the horn icon to play the translated content repeatedly.

Photo translation
Online photo translation supports 74 languages, offline photo translation supports 39 languages.

How to use:

1. Click the language icon at the top of the photo translation page to enter the language selection list and select the required language;
2. Tap the screen to focus on the text you want to translate;
3. Click the Shoot button at the bottom of the screen;
4. Crop the picture to keep only the content area that needs to be translated;
5. After adjusting the area, click the Confirm button to display the translation result.

(This function is optional, please refer to the actual model)

Simultaneous interpretation
Click the icon in the upper right corner of the simultaneous interpretation page, and the two-dimensional code window will pop up. Use Chrome, PayPal, WeChat and other software to scan the two-dimensional code on the translator, and then receive the translation results on the translator simultaneously.

Multinational conference
Clicking on a multi-country meeting will give you the option to create or join a session. The input of the other party during the communication is automatically recognized, and then quickly translated and played.

1. Join a session: Request the session ID from the moderator who creates the session. Enter the ID and click Join. Enter the name, select voice, and click Join to start the session.
2. Create a session: Click Start to enter a name and select a language. After clicking enter, the system will provide a series of ids that will be permanently displayed at the top. Share the session ID with other participants.

Mobile phone group chat
Scan the QR code (Chrome, PayPal, wechat, etc.) or enter the shared URL to join the group chat, automatically translate the message language and support tts, to achieve barrier-free communication.

Intelligent recording
The smart recording can translate 15 languages. Click the language option at the top of the smart recording page, select the language you want to record and translate, click the microphone button at the bottom of the screen to start recording and translate in real time, press again to end the recording translation, and then choose whether to save this recording.

Al assistant
Small degree Al intelligent assistant, conversational Al chatbot.  (This feature is only available when the system language is Chinese)

Oral English learning
Learn 500 sentences of spoken English. Select the statement you need to learn, press and hold the voice key to record it, release the voice key to translate it accurately, click the icon to the right of the translated content to enter the follow-up page, hold down the voice key to start follow-up reading, and score the follow-up reading after releasing the voice key.

Favorite
You can view your favorites in the word library and speech translation section.

Word bank
It includes a number of words: primary school, junior high school, senior high school, Band 4, 6, postgraduate entrance examination, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GRE and other vocabulary.

Local music
Support mp3, flac, wav and other formats of local music playback.

Device upgrade
The device will be updated from time to time. If your device cannot be updated, the possible reasons are as follows:

1. The current version is the latest version, and there is no new upgrade package.
2. Check whether the network connection of the device is normal. You will receive the upgrade notification only when the network connection is normal.
3. There must be sufficient power before the version update. Do not perform any operation during the system installation. In this way, the system installation is interrupted and the upgrade fails.

Note on charging and battery use

1. Before charging, ensure that the charging interface is clean and free of dirt.
2. When connecting the charging cable to the charging interface, ensure that the charging cable is connected correctly. Do not forcibly connect the charging cable.
3. This product is not equipped with a power adapter, if the consumer uses a power adapter for power supply, it should purchase a power adapter that is certified and meets the standard requirements.
4. If the battery has abnormal phenomena such as excessive temperature, discoloration, deformation and leakage during use, charging or storage, please stop using it to avoid safety problems.
5. When charging, because the battery temperature will rise, do not put together with flammable materials, so as not to cause fire. Batteries must not be exposed to conditions such as sunlight, fire, or similar overheating.
6. Do not disassemble, squeeze, heat or burn the built-in battery of this product, or use sharp objects, screwdrivers, etc. to tie or pry the battery, the above operations will cause the battery fire.
