How to Use Your Streaming Device for the First Time
Your streaming device is ready to go, and so are you! Discover how to navigate and enjoy your favorite content with this easy-to-follow guide.

- Powering on your Streaming Device
To power on the device, simply press the “power” button located on the remote control.
- Navigating the Home screen
Once the device is powered on, the home screen will appear, displaying a wide variety of channels and apps. You can browse through the available options or use the search feature to quickly find a specific app.
- Selecting a Streaming App
Select the app you want to download and stream from. Press the “OK” button on the remote to view more details about the app.
- Downloading a Streaming Service App
To download the app, select the “Add Channel” or “Download” option. The app will start downloading or installing automatically.
- Opening a Streaming Service App
Once the app is installed, you can launch it by selecting “Go to Channel” or “Open” from the confirmation screen.
- Sign In or Create an Account
If you’ve used the streaming app before or signed up through My Bundle, simply sign in when prompted. If you haven’t signed up yet, follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account.
- Navigating Within a Streaming App
Now that you’re signed in, you can start streaming content from the app. Use the remote control to navigate through the app’s menu and select the content you want to watch.
- Customizing your Home screens
If you use multiple streaming apps, you can easily switch between them from the home screen. Explore the settings menu to customize your viewing experience. Adjust preferences like display, audio, and parental controls.
By following these simple steps, you can now stream your favorite shows and movies directly from your streaming device.
