- The product is a relay with Wi-Fi functionality and is intended to control 230 V/AC-powered consumers. Control the relay manually or via the mobile application Tuya Smart Life – Smart Living.
- The product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors.

- If you use the product for purposes other than those described, the product may be damaged.

- Type of power supply (TN system, IT system, TT system) and the corresponding connection criteria (classic earthing, protective earthing, necessary additional measures, etc.)

Function tests
- A function test tells you if a relay works as intended. Always perform a function test after installation.
Damaged relays are dangerous
- Never repair a damaged relay.
- Damaged relays can lead to serious accidents. Dispose of damaged relays safely and make sure they cannot be used again by anyone else.

Connecting the product to Wi-Fi
Important:
- The product is compatible only with 2.4 GHz networks.
- Connect the mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network the product will connect to.
- If you are giving the product to a third party you did not “Share Device” with, you may need to “Remove Device” through the application before they can link it to their account.
- Connect the mobile device to the Wi-Fi network to which you connect the product.
- Enable Wi-Fi pairing by pressing and holding the power button (approx. 5s) until the Wi-Fi indicator flashes.
- Open the mobile app and add the product to the mobile app.
The Wi-Fi indicator is lit solid.
Configuring the relay default status
By setting the relay default status, you configure the switch position the relay switches to after recovering from a power failure.
Available default statuses:
Status | Description |
On | The switch is closed. |
Off | The switch is open. |
Memory | The switch assumes the last status (open or closed). |
- Make sure the switch is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
- In the mobile app, go to Settings> Relay Status.
- Activate the required default status.
