Product Functions

[This product expands the open Android system platform through the car USB interface, supports free installation of APP to achieve richer audio-visual entertainment and navigation functions, supports /Bluetooth/functions, access to achieve wireless Carp lay and wireless Android Auto functions.]

Compatible cars and mobile phones

• Compatible models: vehicles with wired CarPlay in the original car.
• iPhones: iPhone6 and above, applicable to i0S10 and above.
• Android phones: Android10.0 and above, some require Android11.0 and above.

TF card Instruction

• TF card: TF card with a maximum expansion space of 256GB can be inserted.
• HDMI output Instruction (Optional Function) Please kindly confirm with the seller if this feature is included. If your model support HDMI video and audio output, you can connect the headrest monitor via the mini HDMI port.

Instructions for use

1. Insert the product into the USB port of the car machine, in the original car system interface (specific details are subject to the actual model), click the “CarPlay” icon on the screen to enter the main interface of the Android system.
2. open the “Phone” icon, add existing contacts, or click the “Bluetooth Phone” icon to pair with the phone’s Bluetooth and synchronize the contacts on the phone to the car screen. Click the “Settings” icon to change the language, customize the wallpaper, etc.
3. Click the “Original Car” icon to return to the original car system with one click.

Wireless CarPlay/Android Auto connection instructions

1. Click the “AI BOX” icon on the main interface to enter the connection interface.
   
2. Turn on the Bluetooth of your iPhone/Android phone
3. Search for the Bluetooth name displayed on the car computer on the Bluetooth interface of the phone and click pairing.
   
4. Wait for the connection to be successful, and the wireless CarPlay/Android Auto function can be realized.
   [Note: Under normal circumstances, Android Auto is not available in mainland China or on Android phones with mainland China versions.]

App Installation

Click the “ Play Store”,then can download various apps. lt supports third-party map navigation, online music, plenty of awesome videos and online games, which makes your driving life joyful.

Software Upgrade

In general, we do not recommend software updates when all features are working properly.
SW Upgraded via TF Card:

1. Prepare a TF card and format it as FAT32.
2. Copy the firmware named update.zip to the root directory of the TF card.
3. Insert the TF card into the product and turn it on.
4. After waiting for 30 seconds, when the blue light starts flashing fast, the product will start to upgrade.
5. After the upgrade is completed, the led light will shows on a specific status.
6. At this time, take out the TF card and wait for the product to restart.

[Note: The entire upgrade process takes about 8-10 minutes. lt is best not to cut off the power during the upgrade process, and do not pull out the TF card during the process of copying the upgrade file to the internal memory. Of course, if the above situation occurs, the product will not be damaged, and it can work normally after restarting. lt’s just that this time your upgrade process has been cancelled, and the normal upgrade cannot be completed.]

SW Online Upgrade

1. Insert the product into the USB communication port of the car.
2. Link the product to the phone and enter the CarPlay/android auto interface.
3. Open the mobile web browser and enter the address “192.168.1.101”.
4. Click “Online Upgrade” on the OTA page.
5. During the upgrade, do not exit the OTA page, so as not to interrupt the upgrade process.
6. When the upgrade progress reaches 70%, it will automatically exit the CarPlay/android auto interface, when the upgrade is completed, the OTA page will prompt the upgrade to be completed.
7. After the upgrade is completed, re-plug the product to display the upgraded version, at this time, you need to delete the original Bluetooth link, and then re-establish a new Bluetooth link and use this product normally.

How to save logs?

Any problem while using the product, you can save the log and email us. We will fix it as soon as possible.

After inserting the TF card into the product, the log files will be automatically copied to the card, and “log copy complete” will be displayed. lf “log copy complete” is not displayed after inserting the TF card, please enter” Settings” – “Other Settings”, click “Copy log files to SD card” to manually copy the logs.
