Dear Customer,
We are pleased that you have chosen the TRIGGin or TRIGGin intense trigger button. TRIGGin intense is 3 mm higher and therefore suitable for stronger tension, but not for use on the shin. Both TRIGGin and TRIGGin intense are placed on the trigger point using tape or bandages and ensure a positive effect on everyday mobility thanks to the selective pressure.
Read the instructions manual before using the product for the first time and keep it for future reference and other users. It is part of the product.
The manufacturer and importer accept no liability if the instructions are not followed.

INTENDED USE
- The product is only suitable for external use.
- Do not use on children and adolescents under 18 years of age!
- The product is intended for private use, not for commercial use.
- Use the product only for the specified purpose and only as described in the instructions. Any other use is considered improper.
- All defects caused by improper handling, damage or attempted repairs are excluded from the warranty. This also applies to normal wear and tear.
INDICATIONS
The product is used for lateral elbow pain, lateral shin splints (not TRIGGin intense) or muscle tension in the shoulder and neck area or back pain due to muscular stiffness and Tension (TRIGGin intense)
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use the product if skin irritation, itching, reddened skin or other side effects have occurred as a result of the use of tapes in the past.
If pain, skin irritation, allergic reactions or other side effects occur when using the product, remove the product from the skin immediate-ly! If symptoms persist, seek medical attention
Use only on healthy skin.

- Do not use on bone edges, mucous membranes, numb parts of the body, in the intimate area, on the head and front neck area, especially near the thyroid glands.
- If you have diabetes or other illnesses or infirmities, consult a medical specialist before use.
- In the case of fibromyalgia, rheumatic diseases or other pain syndro-mes, only use the product after consulting the doctor in charge.
- Use during pregnancy only after consultation with the doctor in charge.
- Particular caution is required if you have reduced blood clotting (hemo-philia) or are taking blood-thinning medication. In this case, specialist medical staff should be consulted.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep packaging material and product away from babies, small children and animals. There is a risk of suffocation from small parts and plastic foil!
- Do not apply the tape in a circular fashion (all around any part of the body) or apply excessive tension to avoid blood stasis or injury.
- Do not use the product on unconscious persons.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children and ensure that children do not play with the product. Incorrect use can lead to injuries.
- Clean the trigger button before using it for the first time and then after each use to prevent skin infections or the like caused by residues on the trigger button.
- Keep the product away from fire and do not place it on radiators or other heat sources.
- Do not use the product if it is damaged.

APPLICATION
Use Trigging and Trigging intense exclusively with the accompany-ing tape. You can reorder this online via our website www.triggin.de.
For the tape to adhere well, the skin should be clean, dry and free of grease and/or oil. Thick hair should be removed before using the tape.
- Locate the pain point in the shoulder-neck area, shin or arm.
- Cut off a piece of tape approx. 12 cm long and fold it in the middle.
- Round off the corners of the tape and cut in the middle to make a small hole.
- Detach the flat upper part of the trigger button from the cone-shaped lower part.
- Unfold the tape and push the pin of the upper part through the hole in the tape from above.
- On the underside of the tape, click the bottom part onto the pin.
- Tear the tape above and below the TRIGGin. Pull the tape apart in the middle until the protective film tears. Then pull off the protective film a little.
- Place the trigger button directly on the pain point and apply the tape with stretch in the middle.
- Apply the tape ends without stretching, avoiding touching the adhesive surfaces if possible.
- Place another piece of tape over it to increase pressure on the trigger point and keep it in place.
After applying the tape, run your hand over the tape several times to activate the adhesive and achieve a good hold.
During the application time, only perform moderate movements and exertion and do not undergo heat treatment, e.g. to prevent the formation of tension bubbles due to sweat under the trigger button.
Remove the trigger button after approx. 12 hours, or after a maximum of 24 hours in the case of good tolerability. When using the TRIGGin intense, do not exceed 12 hours. To do this, pull off the tape in the direction of hair growth. Thoroughly clean the trigger button after each use (see below).
CLEANING AND STORAGE
- Clean the trigger button with warm soapy water and rinse with clean water. Use a disinfectant if necessary.
- Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads. These can damage the surfaces.
- Dry the trigger button with a cloth or let it air dry before storing it away.
- Store at room temperature (between 4 and 25°C) and away from sunlight, out of the reach of children and animals.
