KONTRAINDIKATIONEN
Das Produkt nicht verwenden, wenn in der Vergangenheit durch die Anwendung von Tapes Hautreizungen, Juckreiz, Hautrötungen oder andere Nebenwirkungen aufgetreten sind.
Falls beim Gebrauch des Produktes Schmerzen, Hautirritationen, allergische Reaktionen oder andere Nebenwirkungen auftreten, das Produkt sofort von der Haut entfernen! Sollten die Symptome nicht nachlassen, fachärztliches Personal aufsuchen.

Nur auf gesunder Haut anwenden. Nicht auf Knochenkanten, Schleimhäuten, gefühllosen Körperstellen,
im Intimbereich, am Kopf und vorderen Halsbereich, insbesondere in der Nähe der Schilddrüsen, anwenden. Bei Diabetes oder sonstigen Krankheiten oder Gebrechen vor der Anwendung fachärztliches Personal konsultieren. Bei Fibromyalgie, rheumatischen Erkrankungen oder anderen Schmerzsyndromen das Produkt nur nach Rücksprache mit dem/r behandelnden Arzt/Ärztin verwenden. Die Anwendung während einer Schwangerschaft nur nach Rücksprache mit dem/r behandelnden Arzt/Ärztin. Bei verminderter Blutgerinnung (Hämophilie) oder Einnahme blutverdünnender Medikamente ist besondere Vorsicht geboten. In diesem Fall ist fachärztliches Personal zu Rate zu ziehen.

dass Kinder nicht mit dem Produkt spielen. Falsche Benutzung kann zu Verletzungen führen.
Den Triggerknopf vor der Erstanwendung und dann nach jeder Anwendung reinigen, um Hautinfektionen o. ä. durch Rückstände am Triggerknopf zu vermeiden.

ANWENDUNG
L Benutze TRIGGin und TRIGGin intense ausschließlich mit dem zugehörigen Tape. Dieses kannst du online über unsere Website www.triggin.de nachbestellen.
Damit das Tape gut haftet, sollte die Haut sauber, trocken sowie frei von Fett und /oder Öl sein. Starke Behaarung sollte vor der Verwendung des Tapes entfernt werden.

Den Schmerzpunkt im Schulter-Nacken-Bereich, am Schienbein oder Arm lokalisieren. Bei schwer zugänglichen Stellen eine weitere Person zu Hilfe nehmen.

Ein ca. 12 cm langes Stück Tape abtrennen und in der Mitte knicken.

Tape an den Ecken abrunden und mittig einschneiden, sodass ein kleines Loch entsteht.

Das flache Oberteil des Triggerknopfes vom kegelförmigen Unterteil lösen.

Nach dem Aufkleben mehrmals mit der Hand über das Tape streichen, um den Kleber zu aktivieren und einen guten Halt zu erzielen.
L Während der Tragedauer nur moderate Bewegungen und Belastungen ausüben und sich keiner Wärmebehandlung unterziehen, um z. B. der Bildung von Spannungsblasen durch Schweiß unter dem Triggerknopf vorzubeugen. Den Triggerknopf nach ca. 12 Stunden, bei guter Verträglichkeit nach maximal 24 Stunden, abnehmen. Bei Verwendung des Triggerknopfs intense die 12 Stunden nicht überschreiten. Dazu das Tape in Haarwuchsrichtung abziehen. Den Triggerknopf nach jeder Anwendung gründlich reinigen (siehe Unten).
REINIGUNG UND AUFBEWAHRUNG
· Den Triggerknopf mit warmem Seifenwasser reinigen und mit klarem Wasser abspülen. Bei Bedarf ein Desinfektionsmittel benutzen. Keine scharfen oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel oder Reinigungspads
verwenden. Diese können die Oberflächen beschädigen. · Den Triggerknopf vor dem Verstauen mit einem Tuch abtrocknen oder an
der Luft trocknen lassen. · Bei Zimmertemperatur (zwischen 4 und 25 °C) und vor Sonnenlicht
geschützt außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und Tieren aufbewahren.

Do not use on bone edges, mucous membranes, numb parts of the body, in the intimate area, on the head and front neck area, especially near the thyroid glands.
If you have diabetes or other illnesses or infirmities, consult a medical specialist before use.
In the case of fibromyalgia, rheumatic diseases or other pain syndromes, only use the product after consulting the doctor in charge.
Use during pregnancy only after consultation with the doctor in charge.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

APPLICATION
L Use TRIGGin and TRIGGin intense exclusively with the accompanying tape. You can reorder this online via our website www.triggin.de. For the tape to adhere well, the skin should be clean, dry and free of grease and/or oil. Thick hair should be removed before using the tape.

1. Locate the pain point in the shoulder-neck area, shin or arm.
2. Cut off a piece of tape approx. 12 cm long and fold it in the middle.
3.
Round off the corners of the tape and cut in the middle to make a small hole.
4.
Detach the flat upper part of the trigger button from the cone-shaped lower part.
5.
Unfold the tape and push the pin of the upper part through the hole in the tape from above.
6. On the underside of the tape, click the bottom part onto the pin.
7. Tear the tape above and below the TRIGGin. Pull the tape apart in the middle until the protective film tears. Then pull off the protective film a little.
8.
Place the trigger button directly on the pain point and apply the tape with stretch in the middle.
9.
Apply the tape ends without stretching, avoiding touching the adhesive surfaces if possible.
10.
Place another piece of tape over it to increase pressure on the trigger point and keep it in place.

After applying the tape, run your hand over the tape several times to activate the adhesive and achieve a good hold.
L During the application time, only perform moderate movements and exertion and do not undergo heat treatment, e.g. to prevent the formation of tension bubbles due to sweat under the trigger button. Remove the trigger button after approx. 12 hours, or after a maximum of 24 hours in the case of good tolerability. When using the TRIGGin intense, do not exceed 12 hours. To do this, pull off the tape in the direction of hair growth. Thoroughly clean the trigger button after each use (see below).
CLEANING AND STORAGE
· Clean the trigger button with warm soapy water and rinse with clean water. Use a disinfectant if necessary. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads. These can damage the surfaces.
· Dry the trigger button with a cloth or let it air dry before storing it away. · Store at room temperature (between 4 and 25°C) and away from
sunlight, out of the reach of children and animals.

CONTRE-INDICATIONS
Ne pas utiliser le produit si des irritations cutanées, des démangeai-

passé suite à l’application de tapes. Si des douleurs, des irritations cutanées, des réactions allergiques ou
d`autres effets secondaires apparaissent lors de l`utilisation du produit, retirer immédiatement le produit de la peau ! Si les symptômes ne
s’atténuent pas, consulter un professionnel de la santé.
Utiliser uniquement sur une peau saine.
Ne pas utiliser sur les bords interosseux, les muqueuses, les parties du

corps insensibles, les parties intimes, la tête et la partie antérieure du cou, notamment à proximité de la thyroïde.

CONSIGNES DE SECURITE
Tenir les matériaux d’emballage et le produit hors de portée des bébés, des enfants en bas âge et des animaux. Il existe un risque d’étouffement dû à la présence de petites pièces et de films plastiques!
Ne pas appliquer le tape de manière circulaire (tout autour d’une partie du corps) ou avec une tension trop élevée afin de prévenir une mauvaise circulation du sang ou des blessures.
Ne pas utiliser le produit sur des personnes inconscientes. Conserver le produit hors de portée des enfants et s’assurer que les
enfants ne jouent pas avec le produit. Une mauvaise utilisation peut entraîner des blessures. Nettoyer le bouton trigger avant la première utilisation, puis après chaque utilisation, afin de prévenir toute infection cutanée, notamment en raison des résidus présents sur le bouton trigger. Protéger le produit du feu et ne pas le poser sur des radiateurs ou d`autres sources de chaleur. Ne pas utiliser le produit lorsque celui-ci est endommagé.

L Utilisez le TRIGGin et TRIGGin intense uniquement avec le tape associé. Vous pouvez vous le procurer en ligne sur notre site Internet www.triggin.de.
Afin que le tape adhère bien, la peau doit être propre, sèche et exempte de graisse et/ou d’huile. Il est conseillé de se raser ou de s’épiler avant d’appliquer le tape.

1.
Localiser le point douloureux dans la région de l`épaule et de la nuque, sur le tibia ou le bras. Se faire aider par une autre personne
pour les endroits difficiles d`accès.
2.
Découper un morceau de tape d`environ 12 cm de long et le plier en son centre.
3.
Arrondir les extrémités du tape et l’inciser au centre de manière à créer un petit trou.
4.
Détacher la partie supérieure plate du bouton trigger de la partie inférieure conique.
5.
Déplier le tape et insérer la pointe de la partie supérieure par le haut dans le trou du tape.
6.
Sur la face inférieure du tape, clipser la partie inférieure sur la pointe.
7. Découper le tape au-dessus et en dessous du TRIGGin. Écarter le tape en son centre jusqu`à ce que le film de protection se déchire. Retirer ensuite un bout du film de protection.
8. Positionner le bouton trigger directement sur le point douloureux et appliquer le tape en l`étirant au centre.
9.
Coller les extrémités du tape sans les étirer, en évitant si possible de toucher les surfaces adhésives.
10. Coller un autre tape par-dessus afin d’augmenter la pression sur le point gâchette, et le fixer.

Une fois le tape collé, passer plusieurs fois la main sur le tape afin d`activer la colle et d`obtenir une bonne adhérence.
L Tant que le tape est posé, n`effectuer que des mouvements et des efforts modérés, et ne pas se soumettre à un traitement thermique afin de prévenir, p. ex., la formation de bulles de tension dues à la transpiration sous le bouton trigger.
Retirer le bouton trigger après environ 12 heures, ou après 24 heures maximum en cas de bonne tolérance. En cas d`utilisation du bouton trigger intense, ne pas dépasser 12 heures. Pour ce faire, retirer le tape dans le sens de la pousse des poils. Nettoyer soigneusement le bouton trigger après chaque utilisation (voir ci-dessous).
NETTOYAGE ET CONSERVATION
· Nettoyer le bouton trigger à l`eau chaude savonneuse et le rincer à l’eau claire. Si nécessaire, utiliser un désinfectant. Ne pas utiliser de produits de nettoyage ou de pads de nettoyage agressifs ou abrasifs, car ils peuvent endommager les surfaces.
· Essuyer le bouton trigger au moyen d’un chiffon ou le laisser sécher à l`air libre avant de le ranger.

CONTRAINDICACIONES
No uses el producto si anteriormente se han producido irritaciones cutáneas, escozor, enrojecimiento de la piel u otros efectos secundariosdebido al uso de esparadrapo.
En caso de producirse dolor, irritación cutánea, reacciones alérgicas u otros efectos secundarios al usar el producto,¡retira inmediatamente el producto de la piel! Si los síntomas no desaparecen, acude a un especialista.
Solo debe usarse en pieles sanas.

No uses el producto en los bordes de los huesos, las mucosas, zonas entumecidas del cuerpo, zonas íntimas, en la cabezay en la parte delantera del cuello, especialmente cerca de las glándulas tiroides.
En caso de padecer diabetes u otras enfermedades o dolencias, consulta a un especialista antes de usar el producto.
En caso de fibromialgia, enfermedades reumáticas u otros síndromes dolorosos, usa el producto únicamente después de consultarlo con tu médico.
Solo puede usarse durante el embarazo si lo ha autorizado el médicotratante.
En caso de padecer trastornos de la coagulación de la sangre (hemofilia) o tomar medicamentos anticoagulantes, se debe prestar especial atención. En tal caso, se deberá consultar a personal médico especializado.
INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Mantén el material de envasado y el producto alejados de bebés, niños pequeños y animales. ¡Peligro de asfixia debido a piezas pequeñas y láminas de plástico!
No coloques el esparadrapo de forma circular (alrededor de toda una parte del cuerpo) ni con una tensión excesiva para evitar obstrucciones sanguíneas o lesiones.
No uses el producto en una persona que haya perdido la consciencia. Mantén el producto fuera del alcance de los niños y asegúrate de que
no jueguen con él. El uso inadecuado puede provocar lesiones.
Limpia el activador antes del primer uso y después de cada uso para evitar infecciones cutáneas o similares ocasionadas por residuos en el activador.
Protege el producto del fuego y no lo coloques sobre radiadores u otras fuentes de calor.
No uses el producto si está dañado.

L Usa TRIGGin y TRIGGin intense únicamente con el esparadrapo correspondiente. Lo puedes pedir en línea en nuestra página web www.triggin.de.
A fin de que el esparadrapo se adhiera bien, la piel debe estar limpia, seca y libre de grasa o aceite. El vello abundante se debe depilar antes de usar el esparadrapo.

1.
Encuentra el punto de dolor en la zona del hombro o del cuello, en la espinilla o en el brazo. En caso de zonas de difícil acceso, solicita
ayuda a otra persona.
2.
Recorta un trozo de esparadrapo de unos 12 cm de largo y dóblalo por el centro.
3. Redondea el esparadrapo por las esquinas y recorta el centro para crear un pequeño orificio.
4.
Extrae la parte superior plana del activador de la parte inferior cónica.
5. Desdobla el esparadrapo e introduce el pasador de la parte superior por arriba a través del orificio del esparadrapo.
6.
Engancha la parte inferior en el pasador de la parte inferior del esparadrapo.pointe.
7.
Rasga el esparadrapo por encima y por debajo del TRIGGin. Separa el esparadrapo por el centro hasta que se rompa la película
protectora. A continuación, despega un poco la película protectora.
8.
Coloca el activador directamente sobre el punto de dolor y aplica el esparadrapo estirándolo en el centro.
9. Aplica los extremos del esparadrapo sin estirar, evitando en la medida de lo posible tocar las superficies adhesivas.
10.
Coloca otro esparadrapo encima para aumentar la presión sobre el activador y mantenerlo en el sitio.

Después de colocar el esparadrapo, pasa la mano por encima varias veces para activar el adhesivo y conseguir una buena fijación.
L Durante el periodo de uso, efectúa únicamente movimientos y esfuerzos moderados y no realices ningún tratamiento térmico, por ejemplo, para evitar la formación de burbujas de tensión debido al sudor bajo el activador. Después de aproximadamente 12 horas, o después de un máximo de 24 horas con buena tolerancia, retira el activador. No superes las 12 horas de uso del activador intense. Para ello, despegue el esparadrapo en la dirección del crecimiento del vello. Después de cada uso, limpia a fondo el activador (ve la sección a continuación).
LIMPIEZA Y ALMACENAMIENTO
· Limpia el activador con agua jabonosa tibia y acláralo con agua limpia. En caso necesario, usa un desinfectante. No utilices productos ni paños de limpieza agresivos o abrasivos.
Podrían dañar las superficies. · Seca el activador con un paño o deja que se seque antes de guardarlo. · Consérvalo a temperatura ambiente (entre 4 y 25 °C) y protégelo de la
luz solar, alejado del alcance de los niños y animales.

CONTROINDICAZIONI
Non utilizzare il prodotto se in passato si sono verificati irritazioni cutanee, prurito, arrossamenti della pelle o altri effetti collaterali dovuti all`uso di tape.
Se durante l`uso del prodotto si presentano dolori, irritazioni cutanee, reazioni allergiche o altri effetti collaterali, rimuovi immediatamente il prodotto dalla pelle! Se i sintomi non si attenuano, consulta uno specialista.

Utilizzalo solo su pelle sana. Non utilizzarlo sui bordi delle ossa, sulle membrane mucose, sulle
parti del corpo prive di sensibilità, sulle zone intime, sulla testa e sulla parte anteriore del collo, soprattutto in prossimità delle ghiandole tiroidee. Se soffri di diabete o di altre malattie o disturbi, consulta uno specialista prima dell`uso.
In caso di fibromialgia, malattie reumatiche o altre sindromi dolorose, utilizza il prodotto solo dopo aver consultato il tuo medico.
Utilizza il prodotto in gravidanza solo dopo aver consultato il tuo medico.
Si consiglia di prestare particolare attenzione se si soffre di coagulazione ridotta del sangue (emofilia) o se si assumono farmaci anticoagulanti. In questo caso occorre consultare il personale medico specializzato.
ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Tieni il materiale di imballaggio e il prodotto lontano da neonati, bambini piccoli e animali. C`è il rischio di soffocamento dovuto alle piccole parti e alla pellicola di plastica!
Non applicare il tape in modo circolare (tutto intorno a una parte del corpo) o con una tensione eccessiva per evitare emostasi o lesioni.
Non applicare il prodotto a persone prive di sensi. Tieni il prodotto fuori dalla portata dei bambini e assicurati che i
bambini non ci giochino. Un uso scorretto può causare lesioni. Pulisci il pulsante trigger prima del primo utilizzo e poi dopo ogni
utilizzo per evitare infezioni alla pelle o simili causate da residui sul pulsante trigger. Proteggi il prodotto dal fuoco e non posizionarlo su termosifoni o altre fonti di calore. Non utilizzare il prodotto se è danneggiato.

L Utilizza TRIGGin e TRIGGin intense solo con il tape corrispondente. Puoi riordinarlo online sul nostro sito www.triggin.de. Affinché il tape aderisca bene, la pelle deve essere pulita, asciutta e priva di grasso e/o olio. I peli abbondanti dovrebbero essere rimossi prima di utilizzare il tape.

1. Individua il punto di dolore nella zona della spalla/del collo, sullo stinco o sul braccio. Se l`area è difficile da raggiungere, chiedi aiuto a un`altra persona.
2. Taglia un pezzo di tape lungo circa 12 cm e piegalo al centro.
3.
Arrotonda il nastro agli angoli e taglia al centro per creare un piccolo foro.
4.
Stacca la parte superiore piatta del pulsante trigger dalla parte inferiore a forma di cono.
5.
Srotola il nastro e inserisci il perno della parte superiore dall`alto attraverso il foro del tape.
6. Incastra la parte inferiore sul perno nella parte inferiore del tape.
7.
Strappa il tape sopra e sotto il TRIGGin. Tira il tape al centro fino a quando la pellicola protettiva non si strappa. A questo punto stacca
un po` la pellicola protettiva.
8.
Posiziona il pulsante trigger direttamente sul punto dolente e applica il tape allungandolo al centro.
9. Applica le estremità del tape senza allungarle, evitando se possibile di toccare le superfici adesive.
10.
Applica un altro tape sopra di esso per aumentare la pressione sul punto trigger e tenerlo in posizione.

Una volta applicato il tape, passaci sopra la mano più volte per attivare l`adesivo e garantire una buona tenuta.
L Durante il periodo di utilizzo esegui solo movimenti e sforzi moderati e non sottoporti a trattamenti termici, per esempio per evitare la formazione di bolle a causa del sudore sotto il pulsante trigger. Rimuovi il pulsante trigger dopo circa 12 ore, o dopo un massimo di 24 ore se ben tollerato. Non superare le 12 ore quando si utilizza il pulsante trigger intense. Per farlo, rimuovi il tape nella direzione di crescita dei peli. Pulisci accuratamente il pulsante trigger dopo ogni utilizzo (vedi sotto).
PULIZIA E CONSERVAZIONE
· Pulisci il pulsante trigger con acqua saponata calda e risciacqua con acqua pulita. Se necessario, usa un disinfettante. Non utilizzare detergenti
o tamponi aggressivi o abrasivi. Questi possono danneggiare le superfici. · Asciuga il pulsante trigger con un panno o lascialo asciugare all`aria prima di riporlo. · Conservalo a temperatura ambiente (tra i 4 e i 25 °C) e lontano dalla luce del sole, fuori dalla portata di bambini e animali.
