Please read the following instructions carefully before using the product. Retain this manual for future reference.
Note: This product is only suitable for safe use in non-tropical climate conditions and at altitudes below 2000 meters.
CAUTION
- Keep the product out of reach of children.
- Do not expose it to rain, snow, moisture, sunlight, heat source or flammable place.
- Do not wash it by water or immerse it in water.
- Do not drop, hit, disassemble or attempt to repair this product yourself.
- If any defects or malfunctions are discovered, please cease using the product and consult your seller immediately.
How to replace the battery
- Insert the snap pin into the port and pry to loosen the buckle between the two shells, and until a gap appears.
- Gradually widen the shell by circling along the seam until the two shells are separated.
- Replace the battery with a new CR2032 button cell. Positive pole upward.
- Carefully close the 2 shells of the Key Finder.

OPERATIONS
- Power On
Pull out the insulation film then the product is powered on. - Pair The Device
Tap 10ther Supported Item’
Ensure your Key Finder is close to your phone. When you see ‘TRIXMA2Q4BKWH’ on the App, tap ‘Connect’. Follow the App instructions to fill name and select an emoji, then tap ‘Continue’ . There will be a request to add your Key Finder to your ID, then tap ‘Continue’. Tap ‘Finish’ and your Key Finder is paired with your mobile device.
Locate your Item
- Search your Key Finder: Tap ‘Play Sound’ to make your Key Finder beep when it is nearby.
- Find your Key Finder’s location
Your Key Finder’s last known location will appear on the map as emoji you selected when set up. Tap ‘Directions’ to navigate to the last known location.
Find Item When Out of Range
- Enable the ‘Notify When Left Behind’ toggle, you will receive a notification when you leave your Key Finder behind and it is no longer in range of your device.
- Enable the ‘Notify when Found toggle’ , when your Key Finder is seen by another Find My enabled device, you will receive a notification of its updated location.
- Note: Notify When Found’ can only be activated when your Key Finder is out of range.
When Your Item is Lost
- Under the ‘Lost Mode’ on the Find My App, tap the ranable ‘ tab, a screen detailing Lost Mode will pop up, tab ‘Continue’. You can enter your phone number or email address and tap ‘Next ‘. You may enter a message that will be shared with the person that finds your item. Tap ‘Activate ‘ to enable ‘Lost Mode’ ,
- Note: When ‘cost Mode’ is enabled, ‘Notification When Found’ is automatically enabled/ and your Key
Finder is locked and cannot be paired to a new Apple device.
Remove & Reset your Item Locator
- Ensure ‘Lost Mode’ is disabled, tap ‘Remove Item ‘ tab, a summary will open, tap ‘ Remove ‘ to confirm.
- After successfully removing the item, reinstall the battery 5 times. The reset is successful when you hear the ring tone.
- The Key Finder is now reset and ready to pair to a new device.
Unwanted Tracking Detection
If your iPhone/iPad detects that an unknown Key Finder is traveling with you, the Key Finder will play a sound and send a notification to your iPhone/iPad (supports on iOS14.5 or above). These alerts are only activated when the unknown item locator is not connected to its owner’s iPhone/iPad. Your own Key Finder will not trigger a sound alert when it is properly paired with your iPhone/iPad.
NOTE
When pairing a device with the Find My app, the phone connects to the Apple server. Pairing might fail due to network issues. It is recommended to take the following action: Change the phone’s network, for example, by switching between WiFi and mobile data.
