Product Usage Instructions
- This hub supports Plug and Play. Connect the USB-C connector to your host device.
- Once the hub is connected to your host device, plug your external peripheral devices into the corresponding ports on the hub.
- If you wish to charge your host device using a PD charger:
- Before unplugging the hub from your host device, make sure to remove all external peripherals connected to the hub.
FAQ
- Q: What should I do if the hub is not recognized by my device?
- A: Make sure the hub is securely connected to your host device and that all drivers are up to date. Try using a different USB port on your device.
- Q: Can I use this hub with a smartphone?
- A: The hub is compatible with smartphones that support USB-C connections. Ensure your smartphone’s operating system is supported by the hub.
- Q: Do I need a separate power adapter for the hub?
- A: The hub does not require a separate power adapter for basic functionality. However, if you need to charge your host device using the hub, you may use a PD charger meeting the specifications.

Using the Hub
This hub supports the Plug and Play feature. Plug the USB-C connector into your host device, then plug in your external peripheral into the corresponding port of the hub.
Note: A PD charger (not included) is not required. If you wish to use a PD charger to charge your host device, please refer to Tips (2B).
Tips
- When not in use, please unplug or remove the external peripherals from the hub first, and then unplug the hub from your host device.
- If you need to connect a PD charger to the hub’s USB-C PD port, please:
- A) Notice that it only has the charging function and is input only.
- B) Use an original or certified PD charger to charge your host device. The output of the PD charger should meet the input specifications of the USB-C PD port.
