ZLT P90 is an outdoor CAT12 4G CPE, which converts 4G wireless network data to wired network port data. The device adopts built-in high-gain directional antenna and omni-directional antenna, and is equipped with a 2.5Gbps wired network port for non-blocking data transmission. Suitable for home or business scenarios requiring rapid deployment of communication networks.

Installation instructions
- Take out the outdoor wireless data terminal, install the bracket and the outdoor wireless data terminal together, and integrate the bracket and the outdoor wireless data terminal, and fix the bracket and the outdoor wireless data terminal in the position that needs to be installed, such as the roof of the building, the window, and the pole.
- Install the SIM card into the card slot according to the direction marked on the terminal, and lock the cover of the card slot and the waterproof pad of the card slot cover to the SIM card with screws.
- According to the actual situation, choose the appropriate length of RJ45 network cable (Less than 100m in length), pay attention to the use of standard 8-core network cable, CAT5E cable or CAT6 network cable. On the cable, put on the waterproof protective cover, and insert the cable into the RJ45 network port.
- There are two ways to supply power to outdoor wireless data terminals. One is to cooperate with ZLT W304VA PRO, the indoor unit of our company, to supply power from WAN port of the indoor unit. In this way, only the network cable connected to the outdoor unit is connected to WAN port of the indoor unit, and then the indoor unit is powered, and the outdoor unit can start and work. Another way is to purchase our standard POE power supply, connect the network cable connected to the POE port of the POE power supply, and then insert the POE power supply into the 220V power socket, you can give the outdoor power supply.
Attention
- Do not install SIM card live.
- When take the SIM card, do not touch the metal contact surface to avoid electrostatic damage to the card.
- When the terminal is connected to the POE adapter, reserve a length of the network
cable in a U-shape, so that the adapter is higher than the lowest point of the network cable to prevent the adapter from being damaged by rain. The connection diagram between the adapter and CPE is as follows:

The terminal supports RJ45 standard network cable way to connect the computer, without any driver. Support Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Mac OSe Linux, Android and other operating systems.
Installation Instructions
- Insert the SIM card into the card slot in the direction indicated
- Cover the waterproof ring and SIM card cover, and tighten the screws
- Tighten the screws in the center of the bracket. (do not tighten them too tightly)
- Pass the network cable through the externally forced cable fixing head in order, paying attention to the direction (waterproof ring 2 can be cut and installed)
- Press the waterproof squeeze ring into the buckle slot (put 2 in the figure above into 3)
- First insert the network cable into the LAN/POE port of the outdoor unit, and then tighten the externally forced cable fixing head (if it is not tightened, the waterproof effect will not be achieved)
- Pass the stainless steel hoop through the bracket
- Secure the stainless steel hoop to the retaining rod
- Turn the device so that it faces the base station, tighten the screws in the center of the bracket, and fasten the other two screws.
- Connect the network cable to the POE port of the adapter and power on the
Note: When connecting the outdoor unit network cable to the POE adapter, reserve a certain length of network cable according to the following figure to ensure that the lowest point of the network cable is lower than that of the adapter to prevent rainwater from flowing into the adapter.
- If conditions permit, please ground the equipment.
