Bumper Removal

1. Open the tailgate and remove the inner light covers to reveal two fixings for the rear lights from each side and remove.
2. Remove the three fixings from each wheel arch liner peel back then remove the tip screw and the fixing halfway down from each side and pull the bumper out sideways.
3. Remove the eleven fixings on the lower bumper edge.
4. Carefully release the bumper tabs from the light cluster area, pull the bumper rearwards and once free from the rear panel unplug the wiring loom from the offside.
5. Remove items X from the rear crash beam if applicable.
6. Remove the rear crash beam, seven fixings then refit the fixings into the rear panel to prevent water ingress.
7. Remove the tape covering the towbar mounting points.

8. Loosely fix items B1 and B2 inside the chassis using items H with items L at the forward mounting point only.
9. Using figure 1, loosely fix item A on the correct setting inside the chassis and to items B1 and B2 using items H with items L at the rearmost mounting point and items H with items K at the remaining points.
10. Fully tighten all fixings ensuring the Towbar is rigid, square, and secure.
11. Cut the pre-marked area from the rear bumper plus an addition 10mm towards the nearside on Enyaq and refit along with the light clusters.
12. Using figure 2, fix item C to Item A on the correct setting using Items E with Items K and Item F with Items K ensuring Item T1 is fitted between the lower mounting point.
13. Using Items D secure your desired ball bracket and wiring plate (Not supplied in this kit) to Item C then fully tighten all the remaining fixings.
