Installation
- Locate a standard 4 square electrical box for installation.
- Connect the 0-10V input line voltage from the primary controller to the lighting fixture driver using the Smart Channel Control module.
- Mount the Smart Channel Control module securely in the electrical box using the appropriate screws.
- Connect the SmartNet ports with RJ45 connections for connectivity.
Operation
- Manual Override Button:
- Press and release to toggle relay on/off.
- Press and hold for communication check (solid blue LED indicates communication present with RM).
- Manual On/Off Button: Use this button for manual control of the dimmer.
FAQ
Q: What do the LED colours indicate?
- Green: The relay is closed with line voltage.
- Blinking Green Cyan: The Relay is closed with no line voltage. The relay is open with line voltage.
- Blinking Cyan: The Relay is open with no line voltage.
Q: What types of cables are recommended for Smart Channel Control connectivity?
CAT 5 cables (minimum) are recommended. The total SmartNet length should not exceed 400 feet.
