Ordering Custom Hats
To order custom hats, you can either provide your own design or commission a custom logo. If you have a design to turn into a patch, there is a one-time programming charge of $350. For a design by Tommy, you can get a custom quote.

OUR STORY
In summer 2018, Marin County artist Tommy Breeze needed a new hat. Unable to find the perfect design, he decided to create one of his own.
Soon, Tommy was hand-stitching his signature Cypress patch onto dozens of hats for his friends, family, and local stores.
One year and a thousand hats later, he bought his first sewing machine. In 2020, the company and its mission grew, with a studio, a talented team of colleagues, and several new designs.
- Today, Tommy Breeze hats are sold at over 40 stores in seven states, and Tommy still has a hand in everything we produce.
- Starting with his iconic artwork, each patch is expertly stitched onto its hat by our team of sewists. And each week, Tommy still spends hours sewing on his trusted machines.
- We strive to always produce the highest quality experience: from the patches and hats themselves, to the highly personalized ordering process you’ll find at Studio Breeze.
- Community is also central to our ethos. We offer discounts to local schools and causes. And we love producing events; bringing people together to experience art, music, and inspiration.

. We’ll provide an estimate based on the scope of the project and Tommy’s current availability.
- Step 1
Confirm the design of the patch you’d like made and approve a digital mockup. - Step 2
Confirm total quantity and pay a desposit (Design/setup quote plus 50% of merchandise cost). - Step 3
Approve photo of prototype patch. Once approved, we’ll send to the factory for production. - Step 4
Confirm the colors, styles, and quantities of the products you’d like your patches sewn onto.
