Measurement Modes
Distance Measurement
Provides distance measurement to a specific target.
Continuous Scan
Scan multiple targets by holding down the 'Q' button and selecting different targets. This feature is supported only in Normal Mode.
GPS Pin Assist
Utilizes GPS data to filter out background noise and accurately measure distances. This function provides distances to the front and back of the green, as well as the front of bunkers and hazards for each hole. It helps golfers more easily capture the flagstick by eliminating objects behind the green. The device will vibrate upon target capture.
If there are two greens, the display will show 'L' for the left green information and 'R' for the right green information. The GPS display blinks when GPS reception is not possible.
Display Information:
- Actual Distance: The measured distance to the target.
- Slope Compensated Distance: The distance adjusted for elevation changes.
- Change in Elevation: Indicates the difference in height between the user and the target.
- Mode Selection: Shows the current operating mode (e.g., NORMAL, PIN, GPS).
- Hole Number: The current golf hole number.
- Par Info: Information about the par for the current hole.
- GPS Front/Back Green Distance: Distance to the front and back of the green.
- GPS Left/Right Bunker/Hazard Front Distance: Distance to the front of bunkers and hazards.
Tournament Play Mode
When the Tournament Clip is installed, the device enters Tournament Mode, disabling Slope and GPS features for compliance with tournament rules.
