Buy a Normal SIM card(Standard SIM card), register the SIM card and top up with credit
NOTE:
- IF you have bought a Nano/Micro SIM card, you will need to use an adaptor to fit in.
- Remember SIM card number
- Make a note of your GPS SIM card number.
NOTE: GPS ONLY works outdoor.
CHARGE AND TURN ON THE DEVICE
- Turn on the device: By insert the SIM card.
- The indicator light is on when SIM card is inserted.
- The device automatically turns off when the SIM card is removed.
- Charge your GPS tracker with provided USB cable
- The red light on the device shows battery is charging. Once the battery is fully charged, the red light will disappear.
- NOTE: Do not use a fast charger. This can damage the battery.

To receive a Google map link of the location of the GPS tracker:
- Send a message” G123456#” to the SIM Card number or Call the SIM Card number in the GPS tracker. You will receive a text message with a Google map link. Click the link to be diverted to a Google map, pinpointing the exact location of the person with the GPS tracker.

Admin number setting (After admin number setting, all SMS operations to the device are under this number only.)

When the unit is in over-speed alarm, shake sensor alarm, or low battery alarm, it will send alert to the admin number. (13265790180)

Note: Pls keep the tracker being stationary for 5 minutes, this function will work. The tracker will send SMS” sensor alarm to the admin number when the unit get shaked.

Device working mode setting
- Sleep by shock sensor mode setting: (Factory setting is “sleep by shock mode”)

(No shock for 5 minutes, the tracker will work in “sleep by shock”mode, GPs shut off, GSM works in low consumption. Vibration, SMS, calling can wake up the tracker.)
Sleep by time mode setting :

(Tracker only works for 5 minutes after being waked up, and back to sleep mode, GPS shut off, GSM works in low consumption mode.SMS command, calling tracker can wake up the tracker.)
Reset Hardware

(note: all other settings are restored to the factory state except for the APN setting)
START ONLINE TRACKING
- (Note: lf you inserted the correct SIM Card and the device is online on the APP, no need to send the following APN setting commands.)
- 5.1Set the APN for the tracker, then its online tracking by APP and platform works.
- Every sim card carrier has own APN content, we have two methods to find out apn content: check sim card carrier on internet or put sim card into cell phone to find out APN “apnuser123456 content” “apn123456 content”
- Set apn by sending command “apnpasswd123456 content” pls note the content is from SIM card carrier, there is small blank after 123456 in every command.
- After the apn setting is successful, please re-insert the sim card to boot the device.
COMMAND INSTRUCTION TO SET APN
For Speed Talk SIM card in the US, the APN information we got it as follows:
- APN: Mobilenet
- APN username: (none)
- APN password: (none)
- So please use your phone, and send 1 text commands to the Speed Talk
- SIM# step by step to set apn:
- Send SMS: apn123456 mobilenet
- Once receives: apn 0k
- Then please remove and re-insert the SIM card from the device to reboot
- Then please remove and re-insert the SIM card from the device to reboot the device.

Real-time tracking
- Real-time tracking not only can track the position of the device, but also can track the position of smart phone
- On map click “+” and to zoom in and zoom out the map. Click “
” to view different location between smart phone and device, and click “
” to change the map vision between 2D/3D.
EXPLANATION OF OTHERICONSINAPP:
- Historical route: It could find the route map for nearly six months by choosing the beginning and ending time.
- Geo fence: It will generate an alarm on App when the device is out of the Geo fence you set.
- Issue: Issue commands to the device.
- Device info: The information of device.
- Alert message: The alert message generated by the device.
- Account Info: The information of account.
- Notifications: Turn on/off the different alarm types for the device.
Explanation of settings in the “Issue” icon:
- Set Admin number: The phone number that can control the device by SMS, and receive the alarm message. (Canceled by deleting the phone number and clicking “0K”. )
- Set SOS number: The number that can receive the alarm message. (Cancel the sos number by deleting the phone number and clicking “0K”. )
- Low Battery Alarm Switch: Turn on/off the low battey alarm message function.
- Set Overspeed Alarm: Input speed value to set it. (Cancel the overspeed alarm by entering “0” and clicking “0K”. ) Alarm occurs when the speed exceeds the set speed.
- Vibration alarm switch: If the vibration alarm is switched on , you will receive a vibration alarm when tracker vibrates in sleep mode. If vibration occurs after 5 minutes of continuous stationary, an alarm will be issued.
- LED: Turn on/off the LED indicator light.
- Set Language and Timezone: Set the language and time zone for SMS tracking message.
- GPS work mode setting: For select the upload frequency of device positioning data: the factory default is 60 seconds
ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
- Very strong magnetic fields (e.g. transformers) should always be avoided as this may result in variations in the transmission. Failure to follow these instructions may lead to malfunctions or damage to your Winnes GPS device.

It’s the sole responsibility of the owner and user to abide by the law and rules in the area the Winnes GPS device is used. Please switch off the Winnes GPS tracker before boarding a plane.
DISPOSAL
Batteries are hazardous waste. For the correct disposal of batteries, appropriate containers are provided at the premises of commercial battery as well as local council waste disposal facilities. If you want to dispose of your GPS device, follow the current local provisions at the time. Information may be obtained from the local council waste disposal facility.

FAQs
FAQs and processing methods.
1. Fail to turn it on:
Please check if battery is charged.
2. No SIM signal:
Please check if SIM card installed correctly Please check if SIM card is support GSM or LTE network Make sure the SIM Card's PIN code is deactivated Make sure the calls transfer is not active
3. No GPS signal:
A more open view of the sky is recommended to make sure the device can receive the GPS signal normally.
4. No reply to SMS command:
The command format is wrong or insufficient SIM card balance. Please make sure SIM card has sufficient balance, and supports making calls, sending messages, GPRS network, and has opened the call shows and turned off the call transfer.
5. SMS position 0K, cannot use the APP and web platform:
Please check if APN is correctly set. And find out the correct APN content of the SIM card. (Pls refer to 5.1 setting.)
6.Platform position is difference from the actual position:
No uploading position time or no GPS signal: call the device phone number and receive the position message. If it shows like Pic 2, it means no GPS signal. The position is the last GPS positioning location; If it shows like Pic 1, it means the device doesn't reach the uploading time. Notices: Do not assembly and disassembly device at will.
