Thank you for purchasing a new Inflatable Amusement Device (also referred to as IAD in this Manual). We stand behind every product we manufacture and sell. It is important that you read this manual in its entirety before setting up and operating your new Inflatable Amusement Device. This manual will explain how to set up your Inflatable Amusement Device, check your site location, and how to repack your Inflatable Amusement Device after use. It will also explain some general information that will be helpful in numerous situations. This information has been updated to the industry standards based on the ASTM Standard Practice Designation.
As the Owner/Operator, it is your responsibility to Read and Understand all the ASTM Standards as well as your local and state requirements, for your Inflatable Amusement Device.
Upon Arrival / Inspection
Because we manufacture a variety of products, we cannot fully state all the items you will receive with your new Inflatable Amusement Device in this manual. However, you should receive a minimum of the following components upon delivery or by email:

Ownership and Responsibility
Part 1
When operated properly, and according to the following rules, Inflatable Amusement Devices can be a safe and a fun form of entertainment that will thrill patrons at any event. It is imperative that operators follow the safety rules when operating their inflatable Amusement Devices.
· Before staking Inflatable Amusement Devices into the ground, obtain marking and location information from the utility companies if there is a possibility of striking underground utilities. Also, ensure there are no underground irrigation pipes, electric wires, gas lines, or telephone cables that the utility company or property owner may have installed.
· ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MOTOR FAN (BLOWER). Motor Fans should be connected to Deflation Alert System if there is a platform height of 8 feet or higher. It is
recommended to use a GFCI Adaptor to reduces the possibility of shock in wet environments.
· An Inflatable Amusement Device should always be supervised by a TRAINED ADULT OPERATOR/ATTENDANT while inflated. No patron is allowed on the Inflatable Amusement Device without an operator/attendant.
· If power should go off during the time that children or adults are playing, the Inflatable Amusement Device may deflate rapidly. Ask all occupants to immediately sit down; then an adult operator/attendant should direct the evacuation of all occupants.
· Do not inflate in high winds or rain. High winds are considered to be 15 mph or higher. Unless otherwise stated in the Inflatable Amusement Device Ride instructions. Unload all occupants and deflate the ride if the wind exceeds 15 mph.
· Limit occupants to the number specified on the label or in the Inflatable Amusement Device Ride instructions.
· Always ensure that there is adequate clearance around and above the ride. Look for tree limbs and electrical wires that may pose a hazard.
· Do not allow any children or adults in the rear of the Inflatable Amusement Device, or near the electric blower fan at any time.
· Do not put fingers/hands into fan intake, fan outlet, fan motor, or fan motor housing when running.
· Never roll up or pack an Inflatable Amusement Device when wet, unless you plan to dry it that same day.
· Never use chlorine-based cleanser or bleach to clean, as this may damage the thread or vinyl.
REMEMBER! THE OPERATOR/ATTENDANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAJORITY OF
INJURIES THAT HAPPEN ON INFLATABLE DEVICE GAMES. PAY ATTENTION AND BE AWARE

Beaufort Wind Scale Chart
Use this table to determine the wind speed while the device is inflated. If the wind speed exceeds the maximum allowable wind speed, deflate the inflatable.
Visual Determination of the Wind Speed
Immediately evacuate and deflate any Inflatable Amusement Device with a manufacturerspecified maximum wind speed of 15 mph or greater. Section X8 of the ASTM Standards F2374-20

Preparation and Safety Checklist
Ensure that there is a Trained Adult Operator/Attendant available to supervise. Ensure maximum winds are less than the manufactures recommended wind speed requirement for unit.
Do not inflate in rain. Ensure temperatures are greater than 40° F. Ensure that the fan motor (blower) is attached correctly to the Deflation Alert System or is connected to
a CFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter). Ensure there are no obstructions in the blowers and their inflation tubes. Ensure Inflatable Amusement Device is properly inflated. Ensure all tether points are secure. Ensure all deflation zippers and flaps are closed.
Walk around the unit and inspect seams and search for wear damage.
Inflatable Amusement Devices are manufactured with a Back Flow Valve
Site Layout
· Pick a location free from overhead electrical power or telephone lines. Location should be free from trees that could damage or stain the Inflatable Amusement Device. An unobstructed area should be maintained for 5 feet around and above the perimeter of the Inflatable Amusement Device.
· Contact all utility companies and have all underground utility lines properly located so no accidental contact occurs when driving stakes.
· Ensure there are no underground irrigation pipes or other utilities that the property owner has installed.
· Place your ground cover sheet over the site where you want the Inflatable Amusement Device to stand.
· Always keep the front of the Inflatable Amusement Device clear and accessible.
Recommended Tools and Equipment:

– Required number of Motor Fans (Blowers)

Inflatable Setup Procedures
1. Place your ground cover sheet over the site where you want the inflatable to stand.
2. Place and adjust the Inflatable Amusement Device on the ground sheet so that it is centered and lines up correctly. Unknot the straps and remove them. Place them aside so you don’t lose them. (Image A)
3. If the Inflatable Amusement Device consists of 2 or more units that are setup in a line or side by side, place and adjust the units so that they open against each other or next to each other.
4. Unroll the blower tubes. Unroll the Inflatable. Unfold the sides and straighten them out. Make sure that your ground cover sheet covers the entire area of the unfolded inflatable. Stake down at least 2 opposing corners of your inflatable to ensure a safe set-up during the inflation process. (Image B & C)
5. Any extra tubes should be closed off. Pleat and fold the vinyl fabric as tight as you can. Then use the attached strap to secure it shut. This does not have to be airtight. Escaping air is what makes your unit bouncy. (Image D)
6. Some larger units might require 2 or more motor blowers. Refer to the individual ride instructions for the required number of blowers.
7. Make sure all deflation zippers are closed and secure the flaps.
8. Follow all manufacturing instruction for the blower. Slide the blower opening into the tube. Then pleat and fold the extra fabric around the blower to secure and wrap the strap around the blower and tighten. Make sure to gather all the fabric in the strap, especially around the bottom. Tighten the strap using the self-locking clip which is attached to the strap. (Image E)
9. Plug the motor fan (blower) power cord into a Deflation Alert System (if applicable) then into the power source. Locate the on/off switch on the fan and turn it on. Observe the inflation of the inflatable as it rises.
10. Locate all the tie down straps on the bottom of the unit (anchor points). Extend the strap & drive the stakes through the ring at the end of the strap. Locate all upper tethers and use the provided straps to extend them to the ground. Stake these tethers down in an approximately 45-degree ankle. (Image C)
11. If your Inflatable Amusement Device is a multi-piece unit, after it has been inflated, move the pieces so that the appropriate attachments line up to each other, then deflate the units. Once units are deflated, connect the appropriate attachment points. (See Grommet Connection)
12. Before letting anyone on the inflatable do a quick inspection of the unit. When properly inflated, all inflated areas of the unit will be pressurized and firm. Check the inflation tube to make sure it is properly attached to the blower fan. The inflation tube must be properly closed around the fan outlet cone to prevent large air leakage.
MAKE SURE THE PERSON(S) OPERATING THE INFLATABLE AMUSEMENT DEVICE UNDERSTANDS ALL THE RULES AND SAFETY PROCEDURES.

Setup Instructions for Grommet Connection
Align grommet strips as shown; overlap them so that one is on top of the other.
Feed and lace shock cord through grommets as shown, remove slack and
tie off the end. 10
Anchoring Diagram

Soft Ground Anchoring
Hard Ground Anchoring
· Alloy steel with minimum 1″ diameter stake
· Minimum work load rating of 500 lbs.
Soft Ground: Any surface that can be easily penetrated by a stake to its full operating depth through use of a tool. Hard Ground: Surfaces where stakes cannot be inserted in the ground.
Pool and Slide Instructions
· All Pools are required to be filled with water before patrons can enter the slides. · All Pools must be filled to the top of the pool side. · All consumers must slide feet first in a sitting position with arms crossed on the chest and feet crossed
at the ankles. · ONLY one consumer at a time on the slide surface (Single Rider). · Ensure that the proper Soaker Sleeve and Velcro Strap have been installed on the slide. · Ensure that the water supplied for this ride comes from a standard garden hose, and that the garden
hose is inserted into the soaker sleeve and is secured by the velcro strap. · The water pressure should be no more than 25% of the full pressure from the water source during use
of the slide. · The water should be turned off when slide is not being used.

Operator/Attendant Instructions
The following instructions must be read and adhered to by every individual that will operate your Inflatable Amusement Device: (IN THIS MANUAL AND ALL RIDE INSTRUCTIONS, OPERATOR OR ATTENDANT WILL BE REFERENCED)
· Do not setup or inflate the Inflatable Amusement Device in winds above 15 mph. If winds exceed 15 mph during operation, evacuate and deflate immediately.
· Do not setup if temperatures are less than 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Unless otherwise stated in the Inflatable Amusement Device Specification Instructions.
· An Inflatable Amusement Device should always be supervised by a trained operator/attendant while inflated. No consumer should be allowed on the Inflatable Amusement Device during inflation or deflation.
· The operator/attendant should make sure all buckles on the fans and tie-downs are attached properly and ensure they are in good condition before operating, as well as remove all debris from the Inflatable Amusement Device prior to allowing consumers on the Inflatable Amusement Device.
· Consumers must meet height, weight or age restrictions specified for the Inflatable Amusement Device in order to participate and must abide by any restrictions on attire designated for the Inflatable Amusement Device.
· Operator/Attendant should make sure that no one enters the Inflatable Amusement Device with shoes on, eyeglasses, or sharp objects in their hair or clothing (as well as any other objects that may be inappropriate).
· Operator/Attendant should make sure the Inflatable Amusement Device is not overloaded with consumers. Occupancy cannot exceed the maximum number of consumers posted on the device.
· Operator/Attendant should keep entrance and exit clear of onlookers in order to maintain a clear view of consumers using the device.
· Operator/Attendant should group consumers together based on comparable size, using criteria such as height, weight and age as specified for the Inflatable Amusement Device.
· Operator/Attendant are responsible for monitoring activity on the Inflatable Amusement Device, and should take appropriate action at the first sign of misbehavior or violation of posted rules.
· Operator/Attendant should be close enough to be able to warn against flips, piling on, wrestling, bouncing against side, grabbing the net, or bouncing too close to each other.

· The operator/attendant should point out and make consumers aware of the posted warning sign on the front or side of the Inflatable Amusement Device.
· Operator/Attendant should watch for any signs of deflation such as sagging, wrinkling, or distortion. If observed, the operator should ask the consumers in the inflatable to unload. The operator/attendant should keep them calm, as there is no danger.
· Operator/Attendant should keep the entrance and exit clear of all spectators and keep them at least 3 feet away from the perimeter of the Inflatable Amusement Device.
· Starting line should be 36 inches from the entry of the Inflatable Amusement Devices.
· Check stakes regularly to ensure they are tight.
· Check the blower/inflation tube regularly to ensure there isn’t any excessive leakage.
· Keep clean and dry when storing the unit. If the inflatable gets wet, dry it that same day by blowing air through it. Note: Never roll up or pack an inflatable when wet.
· Do not allow any children or adults in the rear of the Inflatable Amusement Device, or near the electric blower fan at any time.
· Do not allow any consumer on the Inflatable Amusement Device(s) if they consumed alcohol, illicit drugs, or any other medication/substance that would impair your judgment.
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY
Consumers MUST be evacuated from the Inflatable Amusement Device immediately: · When weather/wind conditions warrant unsafe conditions · When the Inflatable Amusement Device is compromised Whenever it may be necessary to deflate the Inflatable Amusement Device
The Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends that rental companies provide renters with the following materials:
· A training program for the renter of the proper operations of the inflatable ride or Inflatable Amusement Device · A copy of the operation manual (and/or videos, training manuals) for each rental period · A copy of any safety bulletins · A release statement signed by the renter documenting that they have received and understand the ride/Inflatable
Amusement Device operation procedure.

Operator/Attendant Responsibility Checklist
This is an example of a checklist to provide to responsible parties during the operation of the Inflatable Amusement Device. Owners/Operators are recommended to develop a Responsibility Checklist based on their local and state requirements.
A trained adult Operator/Attendant MUST Be present when in use. No Shoes, Eyeglasses, Jewelry, Sharp Objects, or any object that may be inappropriate. No Food, Drinks, Gum, Pets, or Silly String. Entry into Inflatable Amusement Device should be orderly, controlled, and one at a time. Participants should be of similar age, height, and weight. Do not jump onto or off the Inflatable Amusement Device. Prevent against flips, piling on each other, wrestling, bouncing against the side, grabbing the net, or
bouncing too close to each other.
Always keep Consumers away from the blower(s). DO NOT USE and immediately deflate the Inflatable Amusement Device if wind conditions exceed 15
MPH and/or it rains.
ALL Consumers MUST slide feet first with arms and ankles crossed. NO Climbing up the slides, or jumping on the slide lane or pool.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES In the unlikely event of a severe weather alert, power failure or medical emergency:
Exit consumers in an orderly fashion away from the Inflatable Amusement Device. Turn off the blower and unplug from the outlet. Keep consumers and spectators away from the Inflatable Amusement Device. Call appropriate emergency responders if necessary.

Deflating and Packing Instructions
(For multi-unit setup, do the following instructions for all units)
Before Deflating:
· Inspect for any damage, and repair as necessary. · Clean and dry. Blow baking soda through Inflatable Amusement Device, if needed, to remove odor. · Buckle any plastic snaps to reduce the possibility of entanglement in the netting. · Do not allow any children or adults in the rear of the Inflatable Amusement Device or near the electric blower fan
at any time.
Deflating:
· Unplug electric blower fan at the power source. · Loosen first inflation/deflation tube strap and remove tube from blower cone. Make sure tube is pulled away from
the Inflatable Amusement Device, and make sure tube is straight so all the air is discharging. · Loosen second inflation/deflation tube strap and pull tube away from Inflatable Amusement Device, making sure
it is straight so all air will discharge, if applicable. · While the inflatable is deflating, remove stakes, put blower fan away, and store extension cord(s). · Begin folding inflatable as shown on the Roll Diagram, Page 16. Once you make the fold, you will notice that air
is still inside the Inflatable Amusement Device. Start at the front and walk in stocking feet to the back, removing most of the air. Work the air out towards the back of the Inflatable Amusement Device through the inflation tube.
Folding and Rolling:
· Fold in the base of the unit all the way around and walk around the unit to remove any air. · Now make two half folds to the middle and walk around to remove any air. · Fold in the half folds and again walk around removing any remaining air. You are now ready to roll! · Prior to rolling the Inflatable Amusement Device, make sure that there is no excessive air, and the fold is firm.
Start your roll from the front of the unit and roll it up like a sleeping bag. Keep pushing and flattening the roll as you go. You may also want to have someone walk on the roll in front of you. · At the end of the roll, the blower tubes must be on the outside. Slide the straps under the unit and then run the end of the straps through the rings on the other end of the straps, pull tight. Loop the end of the strap around and tie a tight slipknot. · Place the storage bag over the end of the Inflatable Amusement Device and work it down as far as you can. It is important that you work the bottom of the bag down to the top of the roll. Rotate the Inflatable Amusement Device 180 degrees and pull the bag over the top of the Inflatable Amusement Device. Tie the bag closed. Use a two-wheel dolly to transport the blower and accessories back to the same area. Now you are ready to pack up and leave.

Quick Deflation Guide
A. Unplug the blower fan and unhook the straps on the other blower tube. B. Fold in the base of the unit and walk front-to-back on the unit (This removes air from the unit). C. Make two folds to the middle of the unit and walk around on it (Continuing to remove trapped air). D. Fold the half folds and walk again (This is to get it as flat, without air inside the unit as possible). E. Start to roll from the front of the unit. F. Slide the straps around the width and tie securely with a tight slipknot.
WARNING! Inflatable Games are very heavy. Do not attempt to roll or move these games by yourself. When lifting any type of heavy weight, be sure to lift with your legs and not your back. If in doubt about your ability to move something, GET HELP.
Cleaning Instructions
· Do not use M.E.K. (Methyl Ethyl Ketone) to try and clean your Inflatable Amusement Device, as this will damage the vinyl.
· Do not use a chlorine based cleaner or bleach to clean, as this may damage the threads. · Do not use any cleaning products containing alcohol to try to clean your Inflatable Amusement Device,
as this will damage any printing that may be on your IAD. · Use water and/or cleaner sparingly by “sponging”. Excessive water or cleaner may penetrate the seams
and collect inside of the tubes. Also, “bubbling” from the seams during operation may occur. This will last for a brief time and will dry out if the sun is out within one-half an hour.

Maintenance and Inspections
· Keeping your Inflatable Amusement Device well maintained will ensure the unit a longer life. It is recommended to clean the Inflatable Amusement Device after every use.
· The unit can be easily cleaned with a cloth or light brush. Use a vinyl cleaner and rinse thoroughly to remove detergent before storing.
· Do not pack the unit when wet. If this is unavoidable, lay the unit out to dry out earliest opportunity.
· The unit should be inspected regularly for damage. If there is evidence of tearing at the anchor points or vinyl panels, the unit should not be used until the repair has been completed.
· Check the underside of the Inflatable Amusement Device when it is being rolled up. · Check the manual for maintenance and cleaning of the motor blower.
Repairs
· To repair small tears up to 12″ use “Single Patch Method” as follows. · Cut an oval or round vinyl patch approximately 4″ larger than the cut. · Clean the area around the tear. · Apply HH-66 vinyl glue on the patch and on the surface of the Inflatable Amusement
Device. · Allow the manufactures recommended drying time before applying the patch to the
Inflatable Amusement Device as indicated on the label on the container. · Place the patch covering the cut area and apply pressure for 1 minute. Refer to the glue
manufacturer’s label for the recommended time for glue to dry once the patch is applied. · If the “Single Patch Method” is not a viable option, use Tear Aid for a temporary repair
until you can apply the “Single Patch Method”, or send the unit to a repair facility.

Return Policy
All non-in-stock Inflatable Amusement Devices and products manufactured, are considered custom built per order. In the event a not-in-stock Inflatable Amusement Device product or order is cancelled or returned for any reason not the fault of the manufacturer, a 25% restocking charge may apply.
Definitions and Operational Roles
Inflatable Amusement Devices Defined as devices made of flexible fabric, inflated by one or more blowers, and rely upon air pressure to maintain their shape. These devices are designed for patron activities that include, but are not limited to, bouncing, climbing, sliding, obstacle course running and interactive play. Refer to ASTM Standards F2374-20 Section 1.2 for types of inflatable devices that are excluded.
ASTM F2374 Section 7 Referring to three operational roles for inflatable amusement devices:
1. Owner/operator – the person or organization having overall control and responsibility for the maintenance, setup, and operation of the inflatable device
2. Installer – a person who does the physical work of setting up the device at a site prior to patron use
3. Operator/attendant – a person who supervises patrons and monitors the inflatable device while it is in operation.
The assignment of multiple roles to the same person, depending on the operational model and the event, shall be permitted.
As the Owner/Operator, it is your responsibility to Read and Understand all the ASTM Standards for your Inflatable Amusement Device.

TITAN PROVIDES BUYER A LIMITED REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT WARRANTY AND AGREES AND WARRANTS ONLY THAT THE PRODUCTS, INDENTIFIED BY CATEGORY BELOW, WILL BE FIT FOR THEIR INTENDED PURPOSE, MERCHANTABLE, AND WITHOUT MATERIAL DEFECT IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS FOR THE PERIOD AND TYPES OF PRODUCTS SPECIFIED AS FOLLOWS:
· (a) INFLATABLES CREATED BY TITAN: ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT TO BUYER, EXCLUDING WEAR PANELS, ZIPPERS, COVER SHEETS, AND GAME ACCESSORIES. (b) PIECES AND PARTS ORDERED FROM TITAN: THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT TO BUYER. (c) OTHER EQUIPMENT (NOT CREATED BY TITAN): NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXTENDED BY TITAN, AT BUYER’S REQUEST, TITAN WILL ASSIGN TO BUYER, TO THE EXTENT IT CAN LEGALLY AND CONTRACTUALLY DO SO, ALL WARRANTIES ON SUCH OTHER EQUIPMENT, IF ANY, OFFERED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER OF SUCH OTHER EQUIPMENT.
· (a) INFLATABLES CREATED BY TITAN USED IN PERMENANT OR SEMI PERMENANT INSTALLATIONS WHEREIN THE PRODUCT IS IN OPERATION MORE THAN THREE (3) CONSECUTIVE DAYS, RE: FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS, THEME PARKS, BEACH RESORTS, SUMMER CAMPS, ETC: ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT TO BUYER, EXCLUDING WEAR PANELS, ZIPPERS, COVER SHEETS, AND GAME ACCESSORIES. (b) PIECES AND PARTS ORDERED FROM TITAN: THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM DATE OF SHIPMENT TO BUYER. (c) OTHER EQUIPMENT (NOT CREATED BY TITAN): NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXTENDED BY TITAN, AT BUYER’S REQUEST, TITAN WILL ASSIGN TO BUYER, TO THE EXTENT IT CAN LEGALLY AND CONTRACTUALLY DO SO, ALL WARRANTIES ON SUCH OTHER EQUIPMENT, IF ANY, OFFERED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER OF SUCH OTHER EQUIPMENT.
· A PRODUCT SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE IF IT IS A DIFFERENT COLOR THAN SHOWN IN TITAN’S MARKETING MATERIALS, BE IT IN PRINT OR ELECTRONIC AND NO WARRANTY IS MADE RELATING TO COLOR. ALL DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHTS ARE NOMINAL AND NO WARRANTY IS MADE RELATING TO DIMENSIONS OR WEIGHTS. ALL REQUESTS OF BUYER FOR WARRANTY WORK AND/OR REPLACEMENT ARE SUBJECT TO PRODUCT INSPECTION AT TITAN’S FACILITY IN ORLANDO, FLORIDA. BUYER MUST SHIP THE PRODUCT TO TITAN AT BUYERS EXPENSE FOR EVALUATION. FOR APPROVED WARRANTY CLAIMS MADE WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF SHIPMENT TO THE BUYER, TITAN WILL SHIP THE REPAIRED UNIT BACK TO THE BUYER AT OUR EXPENSE AND THE BUYER WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR THEIR SHIPPING COSTS. APPROVED WARRANTY CLAIMS MADE MORE THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS, BUT LESS THAN NINETY (90) DAYS, TITAN WILL SHIP THE REPAIRED UNIT BACK TO THE BUYER AT OUR EXPENSE. FOR APPROVED WARRANTY CLAIMS MADE IN EXCESS OF NINETY (90) DAYS, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING EXPENSES. ORDINARY WEAR AND TEAR WILL NOT INVALIDATE TITAN’S LIMITED WARRANTY, BUT MISUSE, IMPROPER HANDLING OR STORAGE, IMPROPER REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS, IMPROPER MAINTENANCE AND CARE, OR ACCIDENTAL, ABUSIVE OR NEGLIGENT TREATMENT OF THE PRODUCT WILL INVALIDATE TITAN’S WARRANTY. BUYER MUST USE ANCHORS, TIE-DOWNS, AND GROUND COVERS AT ALL TIMES TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF USERS AND THE EQUIPMENT. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT THE PRODUCT WILL NOT THROUGH USE, HANDLING OR STORAGE DEVELOP TEARS OR PUNCTURES FROM TIME TO TIME, THE REPAIR OF WHICH IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER. ALL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE BORNE SOLEY BY THE BUYER. NO STATEMENT, REMARK OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY EMPLOYEE OR AGENT OF TITAN MAY VARY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY UNLESS IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT OF TITAN.
