- Using supplies or parts not meeting the products’ specifications may cause damage, deterioration or malfunction.
- Do not expose the unit to rain, moisture or install this product near water.
- Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners to clean this unit.
- Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
- Prior to installing the speakers into any ceiling/wall, check the structure for weight bearing ability and avoid contact with any wiring or plumbing that might be behind the surface area. Installing on soft materials or in areas incapable of supporting the speakers weight may cause personal injury or damage to the speaker.
- Make sure the speaker is properly secured to the ceiling/wall. Please use the proper screws, bolts, or anchors. Failure to do so may cause the speaker to become unsecured and cause potential damages/injuries.
- Damage to the woofer and tweeter may occur if the speaker is dropped or hit and resulting in no sound or distorted sound.
- Never overdrive your speakers to the point of distortion and always reduce volume prior to switching input sources.
- Use only approved and certified wiring in your installation, do not stretch or place the wire in contact with sharp objects.
- Prior to removing cables ensure all power to your amplifier and other components is turned off.

Product Introduction
Thanks for choosing the TiGHT AV SPK1-AW560SP, On-Wall, 2-Way, Active Speaker Pair. The speakers feature 5 ¼ inch polypropene cone and a 1 inch titanium dome tweeter. The system consists of one active speaker with all controls and inputs together with one passive speaker. The active speaker pair has in addition to ON and OFF power modes an AUTO mode. Using the AUTO mode can help save energy and in the end the environment as it automatically enters standby mode when the speakers are not used. The SPK1-AW560SP is an affordable, reliable, energy saving and easy to use plug-and-play audio system for playing dynamic music and detailed voice reproduction. The active speaker pair is an ideal solution for classrooms, conference rooms or boardrooms etc.

Defining the SPK1-AW560SP
- RCA Input, connect your unbalanced line level signal here.
- Ter mi nal bl ock input, connect your balanced line level signal.
- 3.5 mm stereo jack input, connect your unbalanced line level signal. If all inputs is connected and have signal, they will be summed together.
- 3.5mm mini jack lineout for optional sub-woofer.
- 3.5mm mini jack lineout for looping to another speaker.
- Ter mi nal bl ock, connect i on f or your passi ve speaker. Make sure to connect + to + and – to -.
- Treble control, for adjusting the high frequencies.
- Bass control, for adjusting the low frequencies.
- Volume control, for adjusting volume.
- Power indicator led. When unit is ON the led is blue.
- Power ON / AUTO / OFF, if input signal is below 10mV for 5 minutes the speaker will enter standby mode automatically. If input signal is or above 10mV speaker will power on again.
- M6 screw holes for third party wall mounts. CC 73mm.
- IEC C14 connector for power cord.
Installation
4.1 Wall mounts
- Verify the material of the wall and make sure you have the proper screws and if needed, wall anchors, to secure the speaker to the wall.
- Use one bracket to mark where to hang the speakers, make sure it is in level.
- Drill and use wall anchors if needed.
- Screw the appropriate screws and slide mount in place.
- Secure the screws.
4.2 Connecting speakers
- Connect speaker cable between active speaker (L) and passive speaker (R) using the terminal blocks, connect + to + and – to -.
- Connect sources to inputs RCA, 3.5mm and terminal block.
- Connect the power cord.
- Set volume to low before power on the speaker.
- Power on the speaker (On or Auto).
- Adjust volume, treble and bass on speaker.
