Smartwatch Share Add-on terms (the “Add-on”)

1. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Smallprint Guide at https://www.three.ie/pdfs/legal/smallprint.pdf and your Bill Pay price plan terms which you agreed to when you entered into your Bill Pay Agreement with Three.
2.  The Add-on is not available on a standalone basis and is only available as an additional service under your Agreement with Three for certain Three Bill Pay price plans.
3. In exchange for the relevant monthly Add-on charge of €4.99 inc VAT for consumers and €4.06 ex VAT for business customers, you will, subject to these terms, be enabled to consume your Bill Pay price plan allowances on your compatible Smartwatch within areas with Three coverage areas in the Republic of Ireland, with the exception of Short Messaging Service or SMS (standard text messages sent over a cellular signal) which is not available on your Smartwatch.
4. Please note if the Add-on is activated and the compatible Phone paired to your Smartwatch is switched off, any SMS sent to your compatible Phone number will not be received or queued on your compatible Phone. In addition, you will be charged for any such SMS which is normally chargeable as part of a subscription or premium service that you have subscribed to. In the unlikely event of this happening, you are advised to contact Three.
5. The Add-on is recurring and will be charged in advance on a monthly basis except for a prorata charge in the first month (depending on when in your  bill cycle the Add-on is applied to your account) and will be applied to your account within 24 hours.
   If applied during your bill cycle, you will only be charged for the days the Add-on was applied to your account during that bill period.
   Compatibility
6. The functionality provided by the add-on is only compatible with phones with 4G or VoLTE capability and activation and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have an appropriate handset/device.
7. Smartwatches can only be paired with compatible Phones. For a list of compatible phones, please see https://www.three.ie/support/4g-and-wi-fi-calling.html under FAQ.
8. In addition the Add-on is only available on certain Three Bill Pay price plans with the list of compatible as set out at the end of these terms.
   Sharing Allowances
9. The Add-on does not include any calls, texts or data so your Smartwatch must be paired with your phone to enable the Smartwatch to share the allowances included in your Bill Pay price plan.
10. Using your Smartwatch will deplete the allowances in your Bill Pay price plan. If you exhaust the allowances included in your price plan, you will be charged for any out of allowance you use at the rates for your price plan set out in your price plan Price Guide found at https://www.three.ie/legal/pricing.html
11. You need to have an active Bill Pay service for the duration of the Add-on to be able to share allowances with your Smartwatch. If you cancel your Bill Pay service you will not be able to use data or make or receive calls or texts on your Smartwatch.
12.  You will need to be in a 3G or 4G coverage area to be able to connect to the internet from your Smartwatch.
13.  You cannot use the Smartwatch Pairing Plan to share the allowances from your Primary Plan in destinations outside of Republic of Ireland, although you can still use the functionality of your Smartwatch over Bluetooth or WIFI.
    Ending the Smartwatch Pairing Plan
14. If you cancel your Smartwatch Pairing Plan, you will no longer be able to share allowances.
